場所は旧市街で観光するにも食事をするにもとても便利です。 部屋はシャワーとトイレが外ですが、値段を考えると十分な広さと設備です。 スタッフは無愛想で対応が良くありません。エレベーターは無いので大きな荷物がある場合は運ぶのが大変です。こうゆう場合は大抵、スタッフが手伝ってくれるものですが、全く手伝おうとはしません。 シャワーは温かいお湯は出ません。気温14℃くらいだったので、凍えそうでした。苦笑。 あとは、部屋の窓が内窓でカーテンの隙間から廊下が見えるので少し気持ち悪かったです。外が見えないのは閉塞感があります。 ホスピタリティが低すぎるので、満足度は低いですが、必要最低限。値段を考えるとこんなもんかなと思います。

特に不満点はないのだが、これと言ってよいところは、立地として、満足しました。（旧市街では、相当と思うが）

Room was clean! Bed was comfortable! Stayed on 4th floor and was very quiet! Easy walking distance to whatever you would need i.e. 7-11 (bottled water), massage, pharmacy, coffee shops, open market where fresh food can be purchased. Several laundry drop off places. Little balcony off the bathroom where you can hang wet clothes or smoke. Elevator available. There is a wonderful breakfast buffet place just 2 or three doors down for 200Baht approx. 6USD. Plenty of street food vendors as well as sit down restaurants just around the corner. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Honestly, I'm ready to go back!

Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and WiFi is good. Sink faucet is too low that hands are often hit. Sign for room cleaning service regarding when to drop room key could have been clearer.

Trevlig personal, bra rum och ett supermysigt läge. Boendet är billigt och det som är på minussidan är att det är lite lyhört. Inget som störde särskilt mycket då det var lugna gäster. Första rummet hade en lite dålig lukt men det var inga problem att få byta. Sammantaget ett mycket prisvärt boende som vi gärna återvänder till.

저렴한 가격에 평일 이틀 숙박했습니다. 밤비행기 타기 전 짐도 놓고 샤워하기도 편했어요. 방은 크지 않지만 깔끔하고 화장실도 나름 좋습니다. 다만, 벽간소음이 좀 있었고 이틀 연박 잡았는데 청소가 안돼있어서 1점 뺐습니다.

The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers. My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use the hotel again should I visit Chaing Mai in the future.

A great hotel! Area is perfect, staff are great and rooms are spacious with a great shower. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you’re heading to Chiang Mai.

A great place to stay

Excelente hotel tranquilo limpio y con un servicio muy atento y servicial pero al hacer el check out si es a una hora muy temprana no tuve indicaciones de cómo devolver la llave y hacer check out por suerte había una chica que parecía ser de la limpieza y nos recibir la llave de vuelta.

Very clean

The hotel is in a great location. There are many food and shopping options nearby and it is a walkable distance to many temples and other sites. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were friendly.

Very clean, quiet at night, spacious. Blinds could have been a bit darker but other than that it was great.
