Außergewöhnlihces Hotel! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet, wo es von Thai-Gerichten bis hin zu Croissants alles und in Mengen zu finden gibt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim nächsten Besuch in Chiang Mai wird das sicher wieder die erste Anlaufstelle sein!

性價比高，床舖也很舒適。唯一缺點時隔音差，每朝都被隔籬房洗手間的噪音嘈醒。

Nuestra estancia fue magnífica, todo el personal es muy lindo, el desayuno esta delicioso, la habitación tiene un buen tamaño, la ubicación es perfecta porque está cerca de todo y a la vez alejado del relajo del centro de la ciudad

We loved our stay at this hotel, it has everything we needed and more. It’s modern and the staff it’s super friendly. Super well located, close to everything but far enough to not be disturbed by noise. We loved the complementary breakfast and water/ coffee available 24/7. Sehr schönes kleines Boutique Hotel. Moden und neu in 7min Laufdistanz zur Altstadt. Modeerne, grosse Zimmer im schwarz-weiss Look. Freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Frühstück, klein aber fein mit abwechselnden Speisen mit Liebe zum Detail angerichtet. Es hat wenig Platz zum sitzen bzw hauptsächlich nur einen grossen Community Tisch. Toll fanden wir das Angebot soviel gratis Wasser zu bekommen wie man möchte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

They dis not allow for early checkin but staff were great and supportive. Once we got in, we had a major issue in the room that was promptly resolved and on the following day they addressed the issue again with even more care. Amazing staff! Hotel is very good, great breakfast and some food and water available all day. Totally recommend!

Really good stay. Staff were always smiling and helpful. Bed was firm, but comfortable. Room was spacious and spotless, as was the bathroom which had a great shower. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied each day. All at a great price. Would certainly stay agai.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful. The rooms and the hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

Great Stay

The Crew is a quiet, clean, modern hotel in a residential neighborhood right outside the Old City and has friendly staff. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. I stayed on the ground floor, which is fine if you are a deep sleeper but if not, bring your ear plugs if you like to sleep in. Breakfast, which is included, has delicious Thai food as well as fresh fruit and pastries. They give you free water bottles that you can help youself to and free bike rentals. One of the night markets is in walking distance. Many restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Wir wurden direkt freundlich empfangen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und stylisch. Der Pool war sehr erfrischend für eine Abkühlung nach einem heißen Tag in Chiang Mai! Das Crew Hotel bietet 24/7 kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee an. Besonders positiv ist das unfassbar freundliche Personal. Sie haben uns jederzeit geholfen und Fragen beantwortet. Sobald man am Hotel ankam wurde man offen und freundlich empfangen. Zum Loy Krathong Festival haben wir sogar einen Krathong geschenkt bekommen. :) Für uns war es das perfekte Hotel! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

The hotel is about 7-months new when I visited. The location of the hotel may be bit deep in the end but not a hassle for Grab cars or walk to out of the property. Staff are super friendly and made everything comfortable. Definitely recommend to any travellers travelling to Chiang Mai.
