電子錠不具合が散見されて居た。

最寄り駅はシーイアム、Si Lam、新規開通したMRTイエローラインのYL17です。他の方がシーロム駅と記載していますが間違えないようにしてください。 窓は外の音がモロに聞こえます。 ２棟あり、高い棟の屋上にプールがあります。泳いでいたのは自分だけですが快適でした。 バンコク中心地までは便が悪い場所です。 食事は近くの屋台を利用しました。屋台が「好きなので自分的にはOKです。 ホテル自体は快適でした。

心配だったドライヤー、バスタオルもちゃんと用意されていました。 電源もアダプター類の用意は要りません。そのまま使えました。 部屋は広くて清潔で、次行く機会がありましたら、また利用したいと思います。 格安志向の旅行でも、高級志向の旅行でも無く、極平均的な日本人旅行者ですが、そのレベルとし、スーペリオだと思います。 シャワーだけは、湯量が少ないなどの残念感がありますがまぁ、この価格なら良いです。 電車の駅が、道路を挟んで直ぐそこなのに、高速が通る大通りなので、歩道橋を渡る若干遠回りな経路を行かないといけないのが、残念ポイント。 その位かと。

９日間の滞在の中で一度もゴキを見かけませんでした。そしてきれいなシーツに大きなテレビ。屋上にはプールがあり無料で利用できます。部屋で水着に着替えてそのまま8階へエレベーターで行けば使えます。ただ、シーロム駅は大通りの反対にあり徒歩で10分くらい時間がかかります。スクンビット方面にはタクシーを使う必要がありやや不便。立地よりも安さとホテルの快適さ清潔感を重視する方にオススメです。

6/2から6/6日までの滞在でした。 ホテルの内装は綺麗でした！スタッフの対応もとても素晴らしかったです。ただ部屋から周りの音が結構することと、使用した部屋のドライヤーが10秒経ったら切れるような感じで故障していました。窓からの音の遮断が全くなく、工事中の音がとてもうるさく感じた。 ただ、スタッフの対応と朝食と屋上にあるプールは最高によかったです！近くにセブンイレブンがあるのもいいポイントです。

Upon arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a better room- it was actually the smallest room in the hotel 😂. There are renovations underway, so even though I requested a particular room months in advance, my request was never acknowledged and our room was in another building where the road noise is a lot louder. Also the price was over 30% more than 2 years ago. Staff were friendly and after we requested to move to a more reasonable room our stay was quite pleasant other than the road noise. Next visit we will consider staying elsewhere as De Botan is no longer as competitively priced for the service provided.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt durchaus okay. Es entspricht eher einem Hostel. Die Badezimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.

Not good!

If there was a zero star option, then that is what this property deserves. The photos and reviews of the hotel are clearly fake. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — pathetic service, zero hygiene, and absolutely zero value for money. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. The room was far from hygienic — it had a terrible smell, was poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic amenities. There were no proper food options or breakfast service, except for a tiny café with very limited choices. The hotel is located right next to a hospital, and the unpleasant hospital odor constantly lingered around the property. I checked in but had to leave immediately without staying, as the environment was simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the hotel charged the full booking amount and refused any refund despite the poor conditions.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend We booked a city view room, but were placed on the lowest floor with no view at all. It was quite difficult to explain that the room we received didn’t match what we had booked, and instead of resolving the issue, they asked us to pay extra. The room itself was in poor condition. The shower stall had visible mold and was honestly quite disgusting. Even worse, there was a persistent sewer smell coming from the bathroom that made the entire room unpleasant. Every time we entered, the odor was overwhelming. Ultimately, we decided to check out early because the smell was unbearable even though they did not refund the leftover itinerary. Definitely not the experience we expected.

They had a restaurant but it was already close at 6 pm so this was not a option to use and I didn't getting breakfast otherwise the personal was kind and helpful

The hotel is very good, with all the staff very helpful and always smiling and welcoming. The room was spacious. The bathroom was a bit old but at that price you can’t expect the best. The pool is a great plus. And a beautiful surprise that they gave us coupons for breakfast and welcome drink. Totally recommend if you have a short stay not far from the airport.

Near the Bangna Mall! We were there to check out furniture at IKEA! And went to see the new TESLA model Y nearby! Nice pool on the Roof! But no shade from the Sun!

Good Hotel for Everyone

This is a good little hotel, and the rooftop pool is excellent. Bed is comfortable internet and air conditioning work great, and there are restaurants nearby.

Good property nice staff not the most convent area

Pool was always nice and quiet and room was lovely, big tv was a nice touch, quite far out from any attractions

Everything here was so clean and nice and a nice pool it was near by everything

Adequate accommodation in a quiet part of town. Good coffee shop on the premises. Centre of Bangkok via a short walk bus BTS ride - about 45 minutes.

Staff were very nice. Fairly short walk to the sky rail system. Rooms were good
