部屋は綺麗でとても広く、朝食も美味しくて、スタッフも親切で満足です。プライベートビーチでのんびり出来ると思って選んだのですが、間口は非常に狭く、かなりの干渉で遠くまで干上がっていて、ここでのんびりしたいと思うビーチではなかったのが残念です。

とても素敵なホテルでした。 部屋も風呂もプールもきれいでした。レストランもビーチを眺めながら素敵な食事が出来ました。場所は、どこかへ行くにはちょっと不便かもしれませんが、ホテルでゆっくりするには静かで良い所です。

良かった点 ・一泊の値段が安いところ(5000円くらい) ・受付の方がとてもお優しい(とてもフレンドリー) ・近くに海があり、とても綺麗 あまり良くなかった点 ・部屋の掃除が良くなかった。(タオルが毎日変えられていない) ・近くのレストランの値段が高い。 ・繁華街までが少し遠い(1キロほど) ・部屋のエアコンがうるさい(夜眠れなくなる)

まさに楽園と呼べるホテル。 きれいなプールが3つ、ビーチも併設と、言葉にならないくらい素敵なホテルでした。

ホテルは大変素晴らしいです。 清潔で朝食は美味しく、スタッフはとても親切です。 部屋に付いているプールも子供が遊ぶには十分です。 但し、海が泳ぐのに適していないことが残念でした。

プールアクセスの部屋でしたが、部屋は広く清潔でした。若干市街地へのアクセスが不便だった事と、部屋に蚊が多かったところが残念でした。

部屋は広くてジャグジーも外についていて良かったのですがお湯が熱くなく困りました。町までの送迎バスも本数が少なく近くに何もないので食事や買い物、レジャーに不便です。タクシーを使うしかありませんがメーターを使うタクシーはありませんでしたので結構な出費になりました。カップルで長期でのんびりするのならいいかもしれませんが、ちょっと不便過ぎです。

4泊6日でお世話になりました。 初日、飛行機が早朝着だったためホテルに8時前についてしまいましたが、部屋が空いているということで着くなりチェックインさせてもらいました。 部屋は1階のデラックスルームだったので眺めはよくなかったですが、広々としてとてもよかったです。 ビーチフロントのプールもとても快適でしたが、残念ながらここのビーチは泳げるようなビーチではありません。ただ、浜辺のパラソルの下でゆっくりするだけであれば、静かでとてもリラックスできます。 ホテルの周りにはなにもありませんので、バイクを借りることをおすすめします。バイクはフロントでも借りれます。1日300バーツで、他店より若干高いかもしれませんが、何百円かの差であればホテルで借りた方が便利だと思います。 ホテル周辺の環境は微妙ですが、とにかくスタッフの笑顔やサービスがとてもよいです。デジカメをなくした際は、行ったお店すべてに電話をかけてくれたり、帰りの飛行機が18時過ぎ発で、チェックアウト後どうしようかと悩んでいることを伝えたら、荷物を預かってくれ、夕方までプールやビーチでのんびりさせてくれました。その後のシャワーもSPAで使わせてくれ、最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。 4つ星かときかれると3つ星というところかもしれませんが、この値段であれば十分に満足できると思います。

I’ve been traveling for 12+ years and have never experienced anything like this. From the moment we arrived at Deva Beach Resort, the receptionist was cold and unhelpful. We asked for a paid upgrade—she refused, claiming nothing was available, even though I saw rooms online. Only the next day, she said. The room was disgusting: dried stains on the walls, black pillows, and a filthy bathroom. Our luggage was delayed, so we had nothing with us. We asked for toothbrushes and bathrobes—she said the resort doesn’t offer them. I asked for the manager—she claimed there isn’t one, only a CEO, and refused to give any contact. She wouldn't even share her name. She didn’t explain anything—no info about breakfast or facilities. When I asked where breakfast was, she just said, “Walk ahead and you’ll find it.” After 3 hours of arguing, a “new room” magically appeared—for 100€ more. This one had everything we asked for earlier, proving she lied. The next day, she laughed in our faces as we passed reception. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone a resort. Avoid Deva Beach Resort at all costs. It completely ruined the start of our vacation.

As other reviewers have noted about the sunset, it is a great location for that. The facility has everything you expect from a budget resort but it’s clearly past its prime. The sun loungers are all stained and grubby. The pool bar is used to store an empty fridge. The staff are all polite but this is normal for all of Thailand. The rooms are adequate but in my case the shower rail holding the soap and shampoo slipped out of the wall with both plastic bottles smashing on the tiles. On checkout they had the cheek to try and charge me for this. Of course I didn’t pay but it shows the level of care they have for this aging property that they try and blame guests for its failing state. It’s a shame as it has so much potential if some money were put into it by a new owner.

The resort is nothing like on the pictures. From the picture it looks like this high end “instagram-esque” luxury resort but in reality it’s blocks of run down buildings surrounded by not that well kept vegetation. We had a direct pool access room but the pool looks of feel nothing like the pictures. They have removed all the wooden flooring exposing dirty concrete, and the area was very enclosed, making it feel like some dark dank concrete alley with a pool rather than an open resort with a nice pool. Also the hotel was impossible to get in touch with. Luckily we only stayed 2 days but had we booked our entire vacation here I think we would have started to cry.. it was not die hard awful, but it was just not good, like at all. It’s a 2 star hotel in reality.

Property was clean, modern and comfortable. Amazing for our short stop in Koh Samui

We stayed at a room that had direct access to the pool, and it was on the left side from the reception. It was really quiet and relaxing compared to the pool facing the beach. The hotel is perfect if you’re looking for a get-away and just chill out. The food at the hotel is nothing to write home about but there are some restaurants nearby that have great food. The beach is not suited for swimming. The rooms are large and have a good vibe. Ps, the neighbors of the hotel has chickens and they make quite some noise tho. So bring some earplugs for better quality of sleep.

Such a beautiful hotel. The pictures on here does not justify how nice the place is. Room was MASSIVE. had a room with pool access, pool was nice a quiet and kept very clean. Beach is beautiful
