デバソム カオラック ビーチ リゾート＆ヴィラズ

ホテルに責任はありませんが、今の時期（8月）は雨期なので雨がかなり多く、一日中降ることもあります。晴天は一時もありませんでした。 仕方ないことですが、カオラックはプーケットに比べて雨が多いです。雨雲レーダーでも明らかでした。

非常に清潔。ちゃんと駆除されていてビーチサイドの割に虫も少ない。レストランは2つありどちらもミシュラン掲載店で非常に美味しかった。日替わりのアクティビティや、プールなども充実。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。なによりも館内どこで写真を撮っても素敵でした。

初めてのカオラック滞在にはとても良いホテルでした。スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で挨拶するホスピタリティを持っていた事が素晴らしい。フロントも、清掃スタッフもレストランスタッフも皆感じが良い。ロケーションも海とラグーンを感じる良い環境でした。細かなところですが、部屋の空調が調節難しく、またシャワーの温度調節が難しかったです。

Have stayed at Devasom Khao Lak 6 times, from they opened. It is my favorite hotel in Thailand.

Everything about our stay at the Devasom was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly, generous and helpful. The food is also excellent!

How do you start off describing this magical resort? From the gong at the lobby to the friendliest staff you will ever encounter in Thailand - this resort is without a doubt the best resort my wife and I have ever been to. Great view, access to the beach, and amazing food and drinks! 10/10 recommendation. See you again Devasom❤️ Ps. If you stay at this resort DO NOT miss out on their free activities like Muay Thai, Mocktail making classes, sound bath, YOGA, and more! You will regret it.

From the moment you enter the beautiful reception area with its impressive vaulted ceilings and artisan made doors, you are met with friendly staff who will later feel like friends. Our room 426 was on the upper floor which was well worth it (even with a walking aid) for the amazing views and the complete privacy. This wasn't just a room, it was a suite, complete with a lounge, smart TV & beverage area. The bathroom was spacious with shower for 2 people , double sinks, a large "dressing table" and equipped with no less than a Dyson supersonic hairdryer ! The beautiful freestanding bath is inside the room, although the wooden stacking doors could make it part of the bathroom too. At night, after supper, you could listen to your favourite music via the Bose bluetooth speaker while you relax on either the comfortable L-shaped couch or the ultra luxurious super king bed with its crisp bedlinens. From our pool, we could take in the views of the river flowing into the sea. If this wasn't enough for anyone, then you still had the buttler team of Max & Chay ready at your beck & call via WhatsApp 24/7 , as well as the friendly pool staff & breakfast ladies like Nicky (?) seeing to all your needs. Special dietary requirements were met promptly and all service was always with a smile . We have visited Devasom Hua Hin too and the same personal touches are evident here in Khoa Lak too. Amazing hotel, amazing staff! Everyone was super nice and absolutely awesome! I wish i could remember everyone’s names because everyone was exceptional but special thanks to Tommy (who provided an AMAZING nanny service) and Id from the kids club, words can’t describe how awesome and helpful they were. Amazing hotel and beautiful decorated. The pool area are stunning - a small hiccup were a smaller pool of dirt and sunscreen - when shown to pool staff they just looked and did nothing. Breakfast is good - but is definitely better at JW Mariott - however for me the location, smaller size beat other hotels in Khao Lak. I only had dinner at the Grill Bar (at the pool) - okay good but I had trouble to identify the Michelin touch. Will Dream of coming back 😊

Property is VERY clean. Everything is kept up very well. Staff attentive and no problem getting chairs by the pool. Food is really good. I loved the spa. I did deep tissue, detoxing clay wrap which were divine. And a private steam session.

Ein wunderschönes Strandhotel mit hervorragendem Frühstück. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Während unserem Aufenthaltes hatte es sehr viele Babys und Kleinkinder im Devasom

A very beautiful hotel with warm , welcoming & professional staff. The rooms are very large and comfortable - real luxury. The pool area on the beach is beautiful and can only imagine how special the beach would be out of monsoon season. The dining options / quality of food need improvement . Everything else was just wonderful. Highly recommend

This is an amazing resort with fantastic staff. Everybody greets you with a genuine smile, from the front desk to the cleaner to the groundskeepers, etc. The restaurant has a Michelin star which we didn't even realise when booking. Suffice to say we went for the 8-course degustation! The pool is huge and was mostly empty while we were there (September), and the pool grill has great food as well. Breakfast is also amaaazing with local Thai delights like pandan leaf and sticky rice, along with more European foods. Our room was THE BEST we have ever stayed in, with its own private plunge pool and loungers. We were sad to leave, but had such a good time here. 10/10 outstanding

Staff and resort were fantastic. We had to use emergency services whilst staying at the Devasom and the staff went out of their way to facilitate everything. We’re very grateful for all the help

This is a beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms. Very comfortable beds, beautifully decorated with views to the ocean and over the pool. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Max at the front desk gets a special mention as he went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel is slightly out of town, but they offer a free shuttle service a few times a day. The only negative for us was the quality of the food. I think its lets the hotel down and there is certainly room for improvement. Other than that, I highly recommend it and would love to stay there again.

The hotel has had high profile plus a customer base whom wants super luxury. Our first night check in was basic and we got a suite room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was for more Thai food based on fish, sweet deserts which I feel could be expanded to European cuisine. The pool and on site restaurants are very good, child friendly plus the beech is 3 mins walk from any main buildings. We would recommend and best time to visit is Nov to May.
