Etwas abgelegen vom Rummel, daher eher ruhige Lage.

The hotel is perfectly located near all the restaurants and bars but far enough so that you don't hear all the music at night. Beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for..

Exceptional service. Never experienced such kind personal which helped beyond imagination when I screwed up and put myself in a bad situation. 10/10

Habitacion en planta baja, mucho ruido porque esta al lado la sala comun del personal y a las 5, 6 de la mañana ya estan pegando voces. Por lo demas calidad precio bien, faltaba nevera.

El hotel caronpor lo que es, habitacion chica, baño medio viejo y nommuy bien mantenido. Por lo que vi, en Phi Phi todo es caro y nonlo vale. La gente del hotel no es muy amable que digamos... No nos limpiaron la habitacion en 3 o 4 días. Y no te responden ninguna pregunta si no les compras tours a ellos.

É um local bem simples, o atendimento da recepção não é bom, a responsável quando chegamos foi simpática, no segundo dia era totalmente ao contrário, dando respostas grossas e sem necessidade. O preço da diária é bom, mas existem várias outras opções na ilha pelo mesmo preço que valem a pena pesquisar.

As bagpackers we were on a budget so stayed at Harmony House (in the most expensive room) and we did not enjoy our stay one bit. The water in the shower smelled awful. The light in the bathroom didn't work. We woke up covered in bites. The view from the window was basically a dump site. It was located in a very smelly area. Don't know how safe the "safety deposit box" at reception is as it's just a plastic bag in a locker that only staff have access to.... ! ! I would avoid this place if you can.

Bien pour y passer une seule nuit Le ménage n'est fait que le jour du check out et il est mentionné navette gratuite pour le port mais pas du tout. C'est un homme qui transporte vos bagages dans une charette pour 50 baths par personne. Hotel pour célibataire car bruyant et pas très confortable pour une famille.

Value for for Money, you get what you pay for in terms of luxury but it is very decent accommodation

OK for a budget hotel but a lot of noise from nearby rooms and cafe. No nightclub noise as set far enough back. Beautiful island but it's drains are lacking and I think the smell will be similar in all bathrooms not just this hotel

We booked so called deluxe :D. The main difference of such room is that it faces the street. The rooms on the other side looks to "beautiful garden" which is huge stinky sewage sump. The staff was very friendly, basik american breakfast was so-so. We stayed 4 nights and never saw any signs of cleaning in our room, asked to change towels and they did it immediately. The ac worked fine, water pressure and heater were very good. This guest house is situated not far from the beach but location is very quiet. So I give 4/5. Wifi is awful like everywhere on phi phi.
