Facilities

Our villas are designed with excellent natural materials and each comes with a private plunge pool. The villas include a twin or king-size bed, a cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV, well-stocked minibar, as well as air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Start your morning with a hot tea or coffee provided in the room. We also provide safe deposit box. Bathrooms are equipped with an outdoor rain shower, bathtub, and washbasins.

Wir waren bereits vor drei Jahren im High Season Pool Villa Resort und haben uns damals sofort verliebt – es gehörte zu unseren absoluten Lieblingsresorts. Bei unserem aktuellen Aufenthalt haben wir jedoch festgestellt, dass die Anlage insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Einige Bereiche wirken pflegebedürftig, und man hätte sich mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Details und Verarbeitung gewünscht. Auch die Beach-Villen am Strand machten von außen einen deutlich abgenutzten Eindruck, und die Strandliegen waren teilweise schief oder wirkten nicht mehr gut in Schuss. Die Matratzen im Zimmer sind extrem hart, was den Schlafkomfort merklich beeinträchtigt hat. Ein weiteres großes Problem waren die vielen Mücken im Zimmer – wir wurden leider sehr stark zerstochen. Hier besteht aus unserer Sicht dringender Handlungsbedarf. Positiv hervorzuheben sind der traumhafte Strand, der wirklich einzigartig ist, sowie das qualitativ sehr gute Frühstück. Allerdings empfinden wir den Preis von rund 80 € pro Person als deutlich zu hoch. Etwas unpraktisch ist zudem, dass im Hotel kein Geldwechsel möglich ist. Zum Glück hat der Roller-Verleih eine zuverlässige und faire Lösung geboten. Das Personal wiederum ist absolut herausragend – durchweg freundlich, engagiert und äußerst hilfsbereit. Der Service war exzellent und zählt definitiv zu den Highlights unseres Aufenthalts. Insgesamt hatten wir schöne Momente, doch aufgrund der genannten Punkte stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht m

Séjour en couple, août 2025 / 6 nuits. Temps clément, 50/50. C’est le jeu en période de pluie ;) L’hôtel est très bien placé, à tous points de vue. Il est probablement installé au bord d’une des plus belles plages de l’île. ( À vérifier avec celle du SONEVA) Plage propre et très belle. Eaux cristallines. Les jardins sont luxuriants l’ambiance très sympathique. Le staff est aux petits soins et très disponible. Vraiment à l’écoute et sincère. +++ Seul bémol : je pense qu’un rafraîchissement serait nécessaire au sein de certains espaces : mobilier de piscine dégradés / vieux, idem chaises longues de la plage, chambres sympa mais à rafraîchir, la nôtre : 321. => Petit manque d’entretien à mon goût pour un 5*. The location is great as the beach is the best on the island. The rooms are great size. Though most of the service staff are nice there is no consistency to how the service is provided. There didn’t appear to be any management on the property to provide much needed direction to the staff. Like others have mentioned, the price point is high for what you get. You have to accept that you’re paying for the location and the beautiful beach. If you’re looking for a resort with more professional, trained staff where the bungalows and grounds are far better maintained then I suggest taking a look at Shantaa Resort. We had an opportunity to visit them as well. Shantaa has beautiful hill top views but no beach as compared to High Season. I would like to give a shout out to Kongtup, Nam, Valen, Chalee and Non for their wonderful service, attitude, smiles and service! Thank you!

Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Thai dishes — full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. If I have the chance to visit Koh Kood again, I’ll definitely stay here again! ❤️

Fantastisk placering ved stranden, flot klar vand. Dejlige have. Hvorfor ikke 5 stjerner? Det er de små ting, ikke mange frugter at vælge imellem til morgenmad, ingen spring rolls i fire dage en del af servetriserne er ikke oplært og snakker ikke engelsk. Gym er dårlig. Med lidt bedre oplæring af personale kunne det nemt blive et 5 stjernet hotel. NB der er masser af snorkle muligheder for enden af stranden.

Wir hatten Glück und unsere Grand Pool Villa war einigermaßen geschützt vor Einblicken. Bei den meisten Villen ist das nicht der Fall. Das Resort war vorab weder über die angegebene Mobile Nummer noch per Mail (Fehlermeldung: Postfach voll) zu erreichen. Als es dann gelang, per WhatsApp einen Kontakt herzustellen, war das Wichtigste für das Hotel, zu erfahren, wann wir nach 6 Nächten wieder auschecken. Selbst beim Frühstück wurden wir danach gefragt u. darauf hingewiesen, bei der Rezeption anzurufen,wenn das Housekeeping kommen kann. Das Management hatte kein Interesse, mit Gästen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Alles in allem zwar eine schöne Anlage und sehe schöne Villen, aber der Level an Servicequalität und Gastfreundlichkeit lässt für den Anspruch zu wünschen übrig.

Das Hotel ist auch aus internationaler Perspektive nicht günstig. Dafür ist der Zustand meinee Erachtens nicht gut genug gepflegt. Bei uns löste sich die Farbe im Pool. Lichtschalter und Wasserhahn defekt. Die Lage ist natürlich top.

Wir waren in einigen Resorts in Thailand, aber das war unser absoluter Lieblingsaufenthalt :) wunderschöner Strand, super schöne Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist auch richtig lecker und die Auwahl beim Buffet riesig. Hier ist es schön ruhig und man kann sich richtig gut erholen. Absolute Empfehlung, wir haben keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt und werden sicher wieder kommen :)

Second time staying here and the service was the best! Big thanks to Bew,Lana and Nam ❤️❤️❤️ big pool and spacious villa, the beach is literally in front of the hotel and breakfast was amazing with many different options. The only negative thing is that it’s a long journey from Bangkok. Flying to Trat then taxing taxi and boat to the resort so plan ahead that it will take almost a whole day.

If you’re looking for a resort with more professional, trained staff where the bungalows and grounds are far better maintained then I suggest taking a look at Shantaa Resort. We had an opportunity to visit them as well. Shantaa has beautiful hill top views but no beach as compared to High Season. I would like to give a shout out to Kongtup, Nam, Valen, Chalee and Non for their wonderful service, attitude, smiles and service! Thank you!

Just got back from Koh Kood and stayed at High Season Pool Villa & Spa — truly impressed from the moment we checked in. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Thai dishes — full of authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. If I have the chance to visit Koh Kood again, I’ll definitely stay here again! ❤️

Fantastisk placering ved stranden, flot klar vand. Dejlige have. Hvorfor ikke 5 stjerner? Det er de små ting, ikke mange frugter at vælge imellem til morgenmad, ingen spring rolls i fire dage en del af servetriserne er ikke oplært og snakker ikke engelsk. Gym er dårlig. Med lidt bedre oplæring af personale kunne det nemt blive et 5 stjernet hotel. NB der er masser af snorkle muligheder for enden af stranden.

Wir hatten Glück und unsere Grand Pool Villa war einigermaßen geschützt vor Einblicken. Bei den meisten Villen ist das nicht der Fall. Das Resort war vorab weder über die angegebene Mobile Nummer noch per Mail (Fehlermeldung: Postfach voll) zu erreichen. Als es dann gelang, per WhatsApp einen Kontakt herzustellen, war das Wichtigste für das Hotel, zu erfahren, wann wir nach 6 Nächten wieder auschecken. Selbst beim Frühstück wurden wir danach gefragt u. darauf hingewiesen, bei der Rezeption anzurufen,wenn das Housekeeping kommen kann. Das Management hatte kein Interesse, mit Gästen Kontakt aufzunehmen. Alles in allem zwar eine schöne Anlage und sehe schöne Villen, aber der Level an Servicequalität und Gastfreundlichkeit lässt für den Anspruch zu wünschen übrig.

Service top- Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen für Thailand sehr teuer, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Baustelle ohne Ankündigung, See in der Anlage liegt brach ohne Wasser, hervorragendes Frühstück- da merkt man die 5 Sterne, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Top Lage an einem Traumstrand und ein sagenhafter Sonnenuntergang

Das Hotel ist auch aus internationaler Perspektive nicht günstig. Dafür ist der Zustand meinee Erachtens nicht gut genug gepflegt. Bei uns löste sich die Farbe im Pool. Lichtschalter und Wasserhahn defekt. Die Lage ist natürlich top.

Wir waren in einigen Resorts in Thailand, aber das war unser absoluter Lieblingsaufenthalt :) wunderschöner Strand, super schöne Anlage und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist auch richtig lecker und die Auwahl beim Buffet riesig. Hier ist es schön ruhig und man kann sich richtig gut erholen. Absolute Empfehlung, wir haben keinen einzigen Kritikpunkt und werden sicher wieder kommen :)

Second time staying here and the service was the best! Big thanks to Bew,Lana and Nam ❤️❤️❤️ big pool and spacious villa, the beach is literally in front of the hotel and breakfast was amazing with many different options. The only negative thing is that it’s a long journey from Bangkok. Flying to Trat then taxing taxi and boat to the resort so plan ahead that it will take almost a whole day.
