I've stayed at this establishment many times. This time I booked one of the larger rooms for just three nights to try it out, and I'm not very happy. The reason: the walls of the jacuzzi were yellow. I cleaned everything with a sponge, the water was brown, and the faucets are loose (they move). I found weed joints in the corner of the terrace. The shower system is held together by a string, and the bathtub shower doesn't work in one of the rooms. There are no TV channels in the other room. Finally, one of the two outdoor pools is green. I'll think twice before booking next time. I've now booked another hotel for my week's vacation here..J'ai séjourné dans cet établissement à de nombreuses reprises. Cette fois-ci, j'ai réservé une des plus grandes chambres pour seulement trois nuits afin de l'essayer, et je ne suis pas très satisfait. La raison : les parois du jacuzzi étaient jaunes. J'ai tout nettoyé à l'éponge, l'eau était marron et les robinets bougeaient. J'ai trouvé des joints d'herbe dans un coin de la terrasse. Le système de douche est maintenu par une ficelle et la baignoire-douche ne fonctionne pas dans l'une des chambres. Il n'y a pas de chaînes de télévision dans l'autre chambre. Enfin, l'une des deux piscines extérieures était verte. J'y réfléchirai à deux fois avant de réserver. J'ai maintenant réservé un autre hôtel pour ma semaine de vacances ici.

L'ensemble de mon séjour c'est bien passé. Le bémol,ma chambre n'était pas clean au niveau des sols et des tables et meubles. C'est la première fois que cela arrive, cela fait 6 fois que je viens dans cet hôtel.dans l'ensemble le personnel est au top.que je viens je viens dans

It was a one week stay, we arrived there realizing our room was given to other customer without telling us beforehand. Their reason was because it was book year ago. They given us different room for two days, the room had unpleasant odor. Then there’s black insect on our sheet. Room had lots of mosquitoes. The day we supposed to expect to have the room we originally booked, they told us 12 noon the room will definitely ready. But they wanted to move it at 2pm. No reason. Then we insisted to get transferred right away because we have plans for the day and we have friends to meet up. Then my partner got upset. The lady front desk got upset too telling us things. The problem was we paid accordingly. We came from other side of the world. We were charged accordingly yet we didn’t get the room we paid for and wanted. Then the next room they provided was awfully terrible. The sheets were falling off constantly. Never had a comfortable sleeping.

Vi havde en skønt ophold. beliggenheden var vores eneste minus - dog holdte der altid tuktuks lige foran hotellet, så det ikke var et problem at komme hen til andre steder. :) Polen var skøn, dejlig roligt område, god aircondition. Vi havde værelse med køkken og egen pool. Vores egen lille lejlighed med spisebord og det hele. :)

C'est la cinquième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'en suis content.

À part quelques petits inconvénients signalé auprès de la réception tout rentrait dans l'ordre rapidement. On m'a même proposer un surclassement de chambre pour la gêne occasionnée. Donc rien à dire. Je conseille cette établissement.

Première fois pour moi dans cet établissement. Le personnel très accueillant, l'hôtel est propre manque un peu d'entretien des espaces verts pour rendre le complexe plus agréable.

Hotel furnishing is a little old, and some other areas are not clean. But the bedding’s and toilet cleanliness are generally good.

It said 5 star on your site. It wasn't!

No laundry, No tissues, Vinyl lounge, no tea towels, Minimal utensils Stove did not work. Could be really good but misses on way to much

We booked the best room (Penthouse 2 Bedroom Pool View Jacuzzi) for our honeymoon, but it turned out to be the worst night of our honeymoon. Here's why : - jaccuzi (dirty, no hot water => noting the hot water problem the staff said at the beginning that they would solve the problem but they could not solve it so they said that it Never had hot water and their jaccuzis only work with cold water.) - No hot water even in the shower. We had to wait over an hour for another technician to come. In the middle of the night, they decided to change rooms. - very low flow of water coming out of the shower. You cannot turn on the water for the shower and the bathtub at the same time otherwise you will have almost no water coming out of them. - Infrastructure (elevator, corridor, hotel in general in poor condition) - The kitchen is completely empty (no cutlery, pan, plates or anything => Impossible to use the kitchen) - Rude and disrespectful staff (as I was talking to one of the staff, she leaves the room mumbling something in Thai) - lots of cobwebs - a dirty room Worst of all is that they never offered anything to make up for the bad service and amenities. It was a real nightmare. I strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from this hotel!

So the good bits: friendly staff and smooth checkin. Shuttle service offered to beach and bell boy to take bags to your room on checkin. Good location only 10 minute walk to the beach. Room cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels left. Not so good bits: so in our whole 5 nights stay there was constant noise, if it was not the generator (which was in the cupboard next to our room) powering up every hour or so DAY AND NIGHT! it was the noise from the men who seemed to be pumping the sewerage system (so i believe) or the secruity gaurd man who decided one night at 4am to start a phone conversation really loud it woke us up! Or again with our room (avoid room 2112) the jacuzzi made a wierd noise and one pump was on constantly, even tho the maintance guy came to fix it, a day later it broke again. In general lovley hotel but with hardly no guests when we stayed it shouldnof been peace on earth but IT WAS NOT, generally to noisey and always works of some sort going on, that you cant properly relax. AND whats with only giving you 2 sugars and coffees in your room and no milk? Seemed to be cheap skates with them facilities.

Séjour sympathique en famille++hôtel sympa et personnel tres accueillant et tres arrangeant (Marc).bon rapport qualité prix. Stationnement facile et commodité a proximité.restaurant pas mal

Ok hotell. Frukosten var lite tråkig, inte så anpassad för barn. Bra med 2 pooler.

Trevlig personal men det var det enda positiva. Luktar starkt av mögel i badrummet och resten av rummet. Dem uppgraderade mig direkt till ett större rum med kök men det ber väldigt onödigt då det varken fanns bestick, tallrikar, glad, kastrull eller stekpanna. Städningen var katastrof! Smutsiga fläckar på gardinerna och mycket kvarglömda grejer från andra gäster. Säkerhetsfacket var rostigt och luktade tobak- gamla rester av filter och cigaretter låg kvar från någon tidigare gäst.

Very good service and delicious food. I want to thank to Mario's service, he is so nice.
