Staffs are super warm and very helpful! Hotel has free shuttle to downtown. Able to use the shower room in the gym after check-out.

まず、ホテルの外観に少し圧倒されました。キレイ！　路地にこんな近代的なホテルがあるなんて。 エントランスロビーに入るとソファーが置いてあって、いいにおいがしてくつろぐ気にさせます。汚い所が一切なくて、近代的な感じがしました。エントランスにはボーイが立っていて近づくとすぐに荷物を持って行ってくれました。部屋案内まで待ち時間少なくスムーズにいきました。客室フロアは3階～5階で、三階以上は中央部が吹き抜けになっていて周囲に客室が各階に10ほどありました。部屋の中はほんとにきれいで、床はタイルで、ソファー、カーテンもきれいです。ジュニアスイートに泊まりましたが、仕事が無ければ部屋で本でも読みながらくつろぎたかったです。一番感動したのはバスタブのキレイさで、つるつるピカピカだったので毎日お風呂を貯めて入る気になりました。ホテルには1階に8畳ほどのスペースにジムがあり、小さいですがレストランもあります。レストランはエッグベネディクトなどアメリカンな食事ですが、ボリュームもあってたいへんおいしかったです。

バスルームが広くのんびり半身浴ができました。また、ホテルの朝食がボリューム満点で本当にすごくおいしかったです。 ただ市街地から少し離れているので夜の外出は控える必要がありそうです。

Great hotel for families! Very spacious rooms with a fridge and kitchenette. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Central to everything we wanted to see in Chiang Mai.

The rooms were clean, very spacious and the fact that the tub is in the same enclosure as the shower is great because my toddler was able to splash in the tub as much as he wanted to and I didn’t have to worry about the entire bathroom getting drenched

It’s a very unique hotel, love the decor, almost like a boutique hotel. I was shocked at the location at first in a small almost alley but after a day I was very pleased at how close everything is, there are a couple whole in the wall restaurants and a wonderful coffee bar/ cafe right down the street. So Thailand!! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful Chiang Mai experience! Price was very reasonable

First off, I just want to say my girlfriend was mad at me for picking this property mostly because of location-she'd lived in Chiang Mai for many years and knew the area. I honestly was impressed by the property, as it was clean and modern and the staff was very attentive and helpful. We got our room and although it was clean and modern, it had a loft bedroom. My knee was injured and I was unable to access the bedroom without much pain going up the stairs. I called the front desk and asked if they had any rooms with a bedroom on the first floor of the unit. They said they were pretty booked up, but there was an executive suite and they could offer it to us for an additional expense. I mentioned I had a knee injury and they said they'd call me back. When they called me back, they offered it to me without an upcharge and I was elated! My knee was happy to :) The manager had changed her mind after realizing I had a knee injury and potentially would not be able to sleep in the bedroom-she made the decision to help and offer a much nicer suite at no extra cost. This made my stay the best it could be and I want to highly recommend this property because of the nice manager and staff that put my well being first over making an additional profit. This is the Thai way, being nice and having a huge heart for us travelers. Thank you for taking care of me when I really needed it! Thank you!!

This is an excellent property in all respects except for the restaurant which has a very limited menu, only a few staff and closed 2 hours early the first night we were there. Other restaurant options require taxi to get there. It is very close to the airport which was why I had selected this hotel.

Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Hotel was well appointed and met all our needs.

We only stayed one night as we wanted a hotel close to the airport. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and our room was very good and offered everything we needed. There isn't much really close by but the old town is not too far and walkable for most.

Both my wife and I found a mattress hard and uncomfortable. But we only stayed for one night so take it with a grain of salt. Pool area is beautiful and they offer a free child service into the main market areas around the hotel..
