オーナーのサムは常に宿泊者に最大限の楽しみを提供しようとしている。 私はほとんど英語が話せないが、サムは岬の食堂にいかないか？とかプーケットの屋台はどうだろうか？とか身振りを交えて誘ってくれて、無償で自分の車で連れていってくれた。 更に自分の夕食を多めに買ってきて、一緒に食べないかと誘ってくれたりする。 これは私だけ特別ではなく、サムは常に宿泊者に声をかけ、押し付けではなく、皆に楽しい時間を過ごせるように気を配っている。 来年も行きたくなる最高のホテルだった。

繁華街、カタビーチに近くとても便利。 普段朝食を食べないが、ロビーにバナナ、お菓子が置いてありいつでも食べてる。 ダイビングのピックが予定時間よりも遅れていたら、電話かけようか？と声をかけてくれてとても親切。 エレベーターがないので大きな荷物もスタッフが一緒に運んでくれた。

清潔な部屋と必要最小限の室内備品ながら室内セーフティボックスが有り、パナソニックのドライヤーも備え付けているなど値段以上の満足感が有りました。 また是非宿泊させていただきたいです。

外観はぼろいビルだが、中身には様々な気配りが行き届いている。きっとオーナーの考え方が反映しているのだろう。カタビーチに来る多くの日本人にとまって欲しい。メジャーなホテルよりよっぽどくつろげるはず。

ビーチ、繁華街まで供に徒歩10分と程良い距離感です。繁華街まで行かなくても3分圏内にもレストラン、マッサージ、コンビニエンスストアと揃っていますので何不自由なく滞在出来ました。特筆すべきはスナック、コーヒー、パン、紅茶等がいつでもロビーでフリーにて頂ける事です。スタッフもみんながフレンドリー&笑顔で気持ち良く過ごせるオススメの宿です！！

リーズナブルで清潔、ビーチ、コンビニも近い。ビーチタオルやござも貸してくれるし、コーヒー、ビスケット、パン、フルーツは24時間食べ飲み放題。サム（オーナー）をはじめ、スタッフは皆親切で優しい。 このホテルのとなりにある、Thai Seasonというレストランはとてもおいしいし、コスパが高い！私はほぼ毎日通いました。

Had a great stay here for three nights! The lady at the reception was so so helpful and accommodating, nothing was ever too much to ask of her! Great location close to the beach and the room was perfect for the price!

Dette var innertier. min kone og jeg har reist mye i jobbsammenheng og bodd på store hoteller. nå er vi pensjonister og liker små familiedrevne overnattingssteder med personlig service. På Kata Bai D inn var det som å komme hjem.Fantastisk vertskap, kort vei til stranden, alltid tilgjengelig matbit fra kjøleskapet, kaffe, te inkludert i prisen. Lån av strandhånkler, matter og parasoll. Ingen grunn til å velge andre steder.

I like that is it a 3-star hotel but they room is clean, the staff are friendly and it is very near the beach!

Cute little hotel perfect for a solo traveller. Great location just a couple of minutes walk to Kata beach & main food/shopping area. All the staff were lovely, very welcoming & happy to assist with any needs. This hotel also provides bread for toast with butter & jams & also tea, coffee & fresh water 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect if you have an early pick up booked & nothing is open to get breakfast beforehand. Such a fantastic service to provide.

Great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are clean. Sam is great! I would definitely stay there again.

This is my 3rd time to Phuket and Kata Bai D is my favorite place to stay at! Sam, who owns the place, is an amazing man. We shared stories over coffee, and he went above and beyond to show me where he grew up in Phuket, and took me on an impromptu street food tour! I will definitely return to Kata Bai D on my next trip.

Sam was an amazing host, always looking to advice us and make sure we would have the best experience in town. The hotel is walking distance to the beach. Kata Bai D is very welcomy and was such nice experience. Thank you Sam!

Abbiamo soggiornato sei notti ad aprile al Kata Bai. I proprietari sono molto gentili, mettono a disposizione gratuitamente teli mare e ombrelloni, frutta biscotti caffè e marmellate per la colazione. La camera è molto grande e spaziosa, unico neo non c'è ascensore pertanto consiglio di chiedere una camera ai primi piani.

Had limited expectations heading in and Kata Bai D blew them away. Extended our stay by 2 nights and after a disappointing accommodation in Ko Phi Phi it felt like home to come back to Kata Bai D for our last night in Phuket. This was the only guesthouse type accommodation we stayed at this trip and while it's not hotel level comfortable it's superior to a hostel. 5 minute walk to Kata beach, restaurants right outside, you can't ask anymore of the location. We had two rooms, one was a suite and one was a studio...both were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel. Air conditioning and sheets were very comfortable, some noise outside but it did not affect our sleep. Great value for money, and probably the main reason we would come back is the owner Sam. Be prepared to spend some time talking to him as he likes to talk...but he is wise and a very caring guy. Numerous past guests came to visit him during our stay, even if they weren't staying at his guesthouse. He truly goes out of his way to build relationships with his guests and make lasting friendships. Future guests please review the guide he has and treat it like home so we can all continue to enjoy Sam's place (and preserve his sanity).

L'établissement est très proche de Kata Beach et de la rue où le choix des restaurants est énorme. Le couple qui tient cet hôtel est chaleureux et toujours prêt à aider ses clients. Le seul bémol, pour lequel il ne sont pas responsables : la circulation qui est intense, bruyante et à chaque fois que vous traversez une rue, vous diminuez votre espérance de vie.
