2年振りに宿泊したが、すぐ裏に建物が建ってしまい眺望はドア側のみになっていた。またその建物が工事をし出したのでうるさかった。自転車の貸し出しもやらなくなっていたのは残念。でも以前より値下がりしていたみたい、相変わらずアットホームな感じで良った。朝食のお粥が美味しい。

I cannot in good conscious recommend this place. We walked up and there was quite a lot of junk and laundry around. The room was fairly clean but the bed was extremely hard. The window into the bathroom do not have a curtain on it and there was another neighbors window that looked in to our showering area. This is been the most uncomfortable stage of our travels this far

民宿主人很親切，提供我們機場接送，地點距離古城及想去的方便。清邁夜生活熱鬧，夜晚容易受外面音樂影響。

The location of hotel is near the bar and club. You cant have a good sleep in the night. Its just typical guest house you can find. Use Airbnb if you want to stay in Chiang mai

L’hotel est bien situé, proche de tout mais bruyant la nuit. Ta Phae gate à 3 minutes de marche. L’accueil est fait par une famille Thaï, on semble entrer dans leur quotidien ce qui donne un peu de charme à l’établissement.Le déjeuner est correct, fruits, œufs, pain et soupe chinoise au riz à la viande poivré. Avec un petit budget je le conseille, il n’y a rien d’extravagant, les matelas sont dures tel que décrit par d’autres voyageurs. Rapport qualité prix vous en avez pour votre argent.

Felt like staying with family! Excellent host took very good care of us, from picking us up at the airport for free to getting us tickets to our next destination. The room had everything we needed, and laundry service was done same day. The breakfast is basic, but the value of this property given its great location by old town is excellent even without breakfast.

Hotellet låg bra, väldigt centralt. Bra pris, du fick vegetarisk frukost. Fanns Ac och dusch.

Very hard bed. Ac worked but remote for it didn't so you are stuck with the temperature. Great location close to everything. My biggest issue was they cleaned my room and threw away my medications. I had to go buy medication from the pharmacy. Was not happy about that. Breakfast was OK.

Very helpful and friendly staff, great location, large number of restaurants and tour agencies around the corner, very quiet and safe. The room very large, clean, cool A/C, hot water, TV with many English channels.

The family who own little home are very friendly and welcoming. It was great to get a free pickup from the airport straight to the hotel even though we arrived late at nearly 11.00 pm. The room was fairly basic and a little tired, but it was clean. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on, possibly somewhere between the hardness of concrete and diamonds!! Breakfast was a couple of fried eggs and toast, rice soup, salad, bananas, fruit juice and coffee. All in all the breakfast was fine. The location of the hotel is great for being close to things with the old city and weekend walking markets really easy to get to. There is a loud bar nearby so it can be a bit noisy up until about midnight. To be honest it didn’t bother me much but it might others. At the time of our stay there was building work going on next door with a fair bit of banging from about 8:00am. All in all for the price it was ok as long as you can put up with a bit of noise.

This is a classic case of a hotel looking great on the website but the reality was very different. Very much a budget place set back from the frontage of a small soi very near Loi Kroh Road and very quiet, a good point for me. The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. The 'shuttle bus' from the airport consisted of me calling them on arrival and they organised a tuk-tuk which took about half an hour to arrive. The breakfast was very Thai - always 'khao tom' (rice soup), bread and a toaster with rock har butter and jam and that was about it apart from some various types of fruit. I was surprised that the room wasn't cleaned or the towels changed in the 4 nights we stayed there. Having said all that, I hadn't expected luxury. Plus points were that it was very close to Tha Pae Gate, only about 6 or 7 minutes walk to the Night Market and very easy to get into the Old Town. The main point for me was the friendliness and helpfulness of the family who run it. That more than made up for any other niggles.

We arrived early in the morning and were given some breakfast and could leave our bags till the room was ready. The family who runs this place is very friendly. We booked this place for one night, than a trek for two days and than the same room for 3 people again for 2 nights. When we came back from the trek, the room was given to other people (although we book through Hotels.com) and no other room prepared. They showed us a double room with a little mattress on the floor for the third person. When we kept protesting, they gave us 2 rooms, but we had to wait for them to clean the room and make up the beds. The aircon in one room didn’t work, so next night we had to change room again. So nice place with friendly people, but you have to be flexible

非常幸福的早餐，很合我口味，有現煎荷包蛋，更有2盤水果，太驚歎了! 安排接機，非常貼心切合需求，地點不好找省得找地方的忐忑。 床雖硬、浴室也舊，但安靜，意外睡個好眠!床緊鄰不太牢靠的房門，竟沒不安，可能就是住家給予單純的安全感吧!

Las señoras que nos atendieron fueron súper lindas, una de ella nos preparaba con mucho ánimo nuestro desayuno, la otra señora me ayudó a arreglar mis pantalones que estaban muy largos y eran sumamente amables, aunque no hablaban nada de inglés haha. Nos encantó lo cálido que es el lugar.

What a pleasure! When Passing through Chiang Mai, this ia the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Great staff and property. I highly recommend!!

O hotel: Sei que estética e aparência não é o forte por aqui, mas este hotel passou um pouco. Havia muito entulho na entrada, e um jardim feio, mal cuidado! O serviço: As duas senhoras são bem simpáticas e prestativas. Somente uma delas entende bem o inglês. O café: Beeem simples e praticamente o mesmo todo dia. Recomendo não adicionar na diária, e sim procurar algum lugar fora, é melhor. Um dos dias comi um pedaço de melancia que estava com gosto de passada. O quarto: O ar funciona bem, apesar de eu achar que estava desregulado. O menor número de temperatura que aparecia era 60..lolol O tamanho é ok mas o problema são os detalhes: 1 - Cama dura 2 - Toalhas horríveis, daquelas que não secam, só arranham. 3 - Porta do armário emperrada. O wi-fi é bom Localização: Excelente!
