駅まで徒歩10分程度。設備は古くなって来ているが清潔。

駅に近く移動が楽。

親切なオーナーで良かったです。 コラートの駅から近く、町中までのアクセスもしやすい。

スタッフは笑顔で親切でした。ガラス戸が傾いていて、ぴったり閉まらないなど古さは感じますが、安いし掃除は行き届いている印象なので、総合的には納得できました。 長期利用が多いのか、ベランダに物干しがって便利です。

大通りから路地を入って行った先にあり少しわかりにくい。設備は少し古いが気になるほどではなく特に問題は無かった。

街の中心からは少し遠い。　ホテルと思ったがマンションの様なところでチェックイン時に滞在を地元の警察に届けるための書類作成をさせられた。　室内の清掃等はあまり良くはなくほこりが床に結構目立った。

I was there to visit friends for a few days. My expectation was not high. All I want was a clean room with hot water and basic amenities. I am out in the morning and back at night. It's that simple. I am also a foreigner who speaks basic Thai so I could do a basic decent conversation. Anything more, I use Google Translate. It's run by a family and my arrival then was during Covid times. So I don't expect much. In fact, I am the only guest. Host was pleasant and I am easy to please. So yes, I would recommend this place if your expectations are not high. In fact, it's one of cheapest you can find in Korat! What do you expect for the price you pay. The lift was powered down but that's ok. They can't be powering on the lift for 1 pax. My legs are not that strong but I can manage - just take it slowly and I'll get there.

You get what you pay for.

Good for my short stay. I would recomend to any body. Equiped with lift.

We arrived and there was no cars in the car park that screamed of something wrong! However check in was okay, English speaking wasn’t amazing but it will do! We opened the door and I was all most crying; the room was dirty, smelly and just not nice to be in, balcony ha! Just somewhere for the water from the shower to go! If you get it to work. No water in the bathroom, power went off at one point! Had to wet wipe everything, bugs on the walls and dust every where, wasn’t a safe area: in fact we took turns sleeping as we didn’t want our things to go missing. When we went out durning the day we took our stuff with use as we didn’t trust them at all!!! Safe to say we checked out early. Avoid this place!!!!!

ดีงามค่ะสำหรับราคาเท่านี้ พนักงานบริการดี ถ้ามีโอกาสเดินทางไปโคราชก็จะพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกค่ะ

Friendly staffs. The place was quiet, ok for a night stay but long stay should provide a free water bottle. My room TV remote control was old and too difficult to use, although a staff already replaced the batteries.

The thin, old and hard rock mattress is like sleeping on a concrete floor. Everything in the room looks deplorable. This place is a dump.

Clean for stay one night.

Dirty room. Bed bugs. Ants. Nothing close to area. Small streets and rude staff that didn't want to change our rooms due to it being unbearingly dirty.
