新しいホテルのため、チェックインの際にアプリをダウンロードし、全てのサービスがアプリから依頼可能。 新しいホテルなので、清潔さやモダンさは際立っている。ビーチは狭いが、プールサイドのデッキチェアが豊富に用意されています。 子供用のプールもあるが、2歳の娘は上から流れ落ちる水が怖かったようで、大人用のプールの浅いところで遊んでいました。 部屋がアップグレードされており、大変広く快適な部屋での滞在となった事に感謝しています。 部屋のアメニティも大変良いものでした。 朝食はメニューから好きなものをチョイスして作ってもらうスタイル。大変美味しい朝食でした。 全体的に満足度の高い滞在でした。

Tout y est magnifique. Le lieu, l'architecture, le mobilier... la chambre est spacieuse et pensée au mieux. L'endroit est raffiné, le personnel souriant et serviable. Les bémols qui nous, nous ont éloigné du paradis que pourrait être cet endroit, sont le fait que l'hôtel se situe, comme la plupart des hôtels de cette côte, sur le couloir aérien de l'aéroport de Koh Samui. Et dans le même ordre d'idée, la musique de l'établissement jouxtant l'hôtel est très voire trop présente. Alors si vous recherchez l'ambiance et que vous aimez boire des cocktails les pieds dans la piscine et la mer en contrebas, cet hôtel est pour vous. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité et le repos, je pense que les hôtels du Nord de l'île sont plus adaptés.

The room is clean and spacious. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. However, cleaning staff is not attentive (I ate fruit in the room and the table was still sticky the next day, amenities were not replaced consistently). On weekends, music from neighboring parties is heard (and felt!) in the rooms until late. The pool situation does not work: the best day beds are reserved for a minimum spend even if they stay empty all day. The pool beds are crowded and people are smoking (including weed) next to the pool. Beach access is limited by high/low tide times. Pool staff leaves wet dirty towels on the beds after guests leave so you have to change them yourself. Pool also gets loud - if you are looking for that great, but if you are looking to relax and for some tranquility, it's not the right place. The hotel itself is decent but it is located in a very busy area that is the opposite of luxury.

So new, spotless and such thorough and helpful staff. We loved our stay and cant wait to come back. Breakfast was top notch as well.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, wahnsinnig schönes Zimmer. Man hört zwar die Flugzeuge, aber nur von 7-21 Uhr ca.

Definitely would stay here again

Riktigt topphotell, allt höll väldigt hög klass. Rummen rymliga saknade inget, städningen mycket bra. Frukosten var en av dom bästa hotellfrukostar vi fått. Beachen direkt utanför hotellet var väl det enda dåliga, inte badbart på grund av havsbotten. Men 100m åt sidan perfekt beach.

A very wonderful staff who are most pleasant and focused on guest satisfaction. A prime location where all the action is!! Would certainly stay again.

Great hotel, nice rooms very clean. Great food options and spa options

We had an amazing time at this property. There was a lot of extra bonus decks each day in your room. There was free juice every morning freshly squeezed different flavour each morning. There is free ice cream every day at 4:30. The beds were super comfortable, soft, the comforter was Soft and the pillows are nice. There was lots to do at the hotel located on a busy strip right on the beach will definitely be returning to this resort brand new resort is only been open for one year.

I wish that the hotel would inform the customers about the amount of retention that the hotel will have to deduct incase of cost incur in the room. The reception staffs are amazing.

전체적으로 깨끗하고 시설이 매우 좋습니다. 다만 조금 아쉬운점은 카바나를 운영중인데 카바나 비용이 생각보다 높고, 무료로 이용하는 베드가 몇개 되지 않아 이용하기가 생각보다 어렵습니다. 직원의 서비스 및 무료이용시설, 맛있는 음식들 등등 매우 좋습니다. 아! 객실내 수질은 좋지 않습니다. 욕조를 이용하려다가 물을 받아보니 색이 노랗게 보일정도 이네요. 필터도 샤워3번정도에 1번씩 교체할 정도 였습니다. (솔직후기) 하지만 대체로 위치, 시설, 서비스 등 너무 만족했습니다. 추천드립니다.

The hotel is brand new and gorgeous. Usually with newer hotels the service isn’t great, however maraca service was outstanding. Always count on the reception to be there when needed. Shout out Mo. 10/10 recommended.

The hotel is beautiful, but there aren't enough sunbeds available for paying guests. Upon arrival, you're told where you're permitted to relax. While the hotel itself is lovely, the pool is too small for the price of the room, and they really need to decide whether they want to be a beach club or a hotel.

This hotel was truly something special. It’s built in 2024, and feels so modern and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful to you. We stayed here for 6 nights, and have almost nothing to complain about. The breakfast was very good with great seating, both outside and insides. They got both a mini buffet and á la carte menu to order from. The pool area was great, with enough sunbeds throughout the day and a cozy relaxing atmosphere. They have a lot of different activities and complimentary services throughout the day. We tried muay thai boxing, yoga, macrame and other things. The minibar in the room has some free items, they give you small gift in the room and other things (can’t spoil all the details, you have to check for yourself). I have two small constructive feedbacks for the hotel, to make it even better: The hotel got a silent working area called the hideout. A really great place, with AC, some snacks, coffee/tea and water. I used this a lot, as I’m on workation and try to get my daily 6-8 hours of work done. One thing I think they can do better, is that the meeting room and space was used for hours by the staff for internal meetings. The last area for improvement is the food stands that’s open after the breakfast. For lunch/dinner, the hotel has 6-7 food stand with a lot of options. We tried some of them, and the quality compared to prices could be better. Overall this is a great hotel if you’re staying in the Chaweng area in Koh Samui!

Marasca Samui is a beautifully designed and well thought out hotel - from the arrival service to the room interiors and pool area. Loved the boutique aspect of the hotel that made it feel private & safe. Super walkable in the heart of Cheweng which is great for those who enjoy lots of dining & nightlife options. That being said, can get a bit noisy at night but they provide eye masks & earplugs and generally quality soundproofing. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Koh Samui!

Loved the Marasca! The staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and very efficient service. The secret room and ice cream every afternoon were fun little touches. The room was beautiful and felt like a home away from home.
