Villaen var helt enestående, og fasilitetene på hotellet holdt et svært høyt nivå. Det var et perfekt sted for å slappe av og nyte rolige dager. Til tross for at hotellet var godt besøkt, opplevdes det som stille og fredelig, og til tider føltes det nesten som om vi hadde stedet for oss selv, selv midt i høysesongen. Frokosten var meget god, med et bredt utvalg og flere veganske alternativer, noe som ble satt stor pris på. Prisene i restauranten til middag opplevdes imidlertid som noe høye sett opp mot kvaliteten på maten. Servicen var derimot helt enestående. Personalet var svært høflige, profesjonelle og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. Vi bodde her i seks netter, noe som i ettertid føltes litt i lengste laget. Fire netter ville trolig vært tilstrekkelig.

The villas with private saltwater pools are the bomb! Throw open the sliding glass doors and jump in like you're a gangster. This would be a $700+ a night room anywhere else. Bathtub was the size of kids swimming pool! Terrific staff. The Thai are such gentle and kind people. Wish the rest of the world was that way. Beach and the Gulf water was disappointing. Green/brown water and trash on the sand. Uninviting and generally to be avoided. I've traveled the world and I'd put this hotel in the top ten rooms I've reserved.

Amazing hotel, perfect staff and great food. All of the staff were very friendly, Jan and her colleagues were very nice to speak with at check out. Very peaceful and will recommend to family and friends visiting Thailand.

Everything about the resort is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful and respectful. Anything you need they can help you with. The dining was amazing next to the water. The breakfast was excellent every single morning, even if they did not have something on the menu they can find a way to make it. Mason resort made our honeymoon the best experience.

The Mason is a beautiful, architectural hidden gem. 5 star service, a stunning location and huge modern pool villas. It’s right on the beach and you can’t get more beautiful than this. It’s a bit far away from anything which is both good and bad, and it will cost approx 300-400 baht in a grab taxi or 500 via the hotel and about 30 mins to get to Pattaya. It’s about 10-15 mins from jomtien beach and you can’t walk to anywhere so will definitely need transport. The staff held a lovely NYE event and went above and beyond to give guests a great night. Breakfast is good with lots of options and a changing daily Buffett. Lots of drink options and fresh juices. We can’t thank the staff enough as they made our anniversary so special and each day left a note and something special for us in the room. Mini bar soft drinks are complimentary and nuts and dry mango were great. Daily ice cream at the pool bar was a lovely treat. The villa was modern, great wifi and air con. There’s a huge bath and pool. The beaches very comfortable and so were the pillows. This is truly a beautiful hotel, amazing views and gardens, with fantastic staff and I’d recommend this for a private 5 star holiday to relax and unwind. I stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer!
