Didn’t like how they did the birthday a little flat piece of cake for twins was nonsense didn’t make the day feel special.. would I recommend anyone to go there no!!!!

Amazing stay! The staff are friendly and so helpful! Candy was an amazing concierge and was so kind. She answered all my questions and took care of me during the entire stay. I was grateful for the entire staff!

I stayed at Melia Phuket Mai Khao for a solo getaway and chose one of their villas with a private outdoor pool and bath - and it was absolutely worth it. The villa was beautifully designed, quiet, and felt incredibly romantic and serene, even though I was traveling alone. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for peace, privacy, and a touch of luxury. While my original plans for activities were cut short due to rainy weather, I still managed to explore Old Town Phuket, which added a nice cultural contrast to the tranquil vibe of the resort. Thankfully, room service was reliable and tasty, and although the breakfast selection is on the smaller side, everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. A heads-up: swimming at the beach isn’t allowed as it’s part of a national preservation zone - but that also means it’s beautifully untouched, peaceful, and great for long walks or just sitting and taking in nature. I personally didn’t mind at all. Also loved the small, intimate gym - it’s not huge, but perfect if you’re into quiet solo workouts. Overall, Melia Phuket Mai Khao is ideal if you’re seeking a calm, restorative escape - whether solo, as a couple, or just to disconnect for a bit.

Utrolig smukt hotel med mange grønne områder. To dejlige pools og to lækre restauranter, der dog har det samme på menuen. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, med stort udvalg. Eneste minus var, at de lod os vente 2 timer på at få værelset, på trods for at hotellet ikke var fuldbelagt.

This whole experience was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. My wife loved it. The food was pretty good we had no complaints. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful quiet location with a stunning pool and beach. Close to Phuket international airport. Staff are all very friendly.

Clean nice

The gardens are immaculate and the location's serenity a rarity in Phuket - amazing. Sadly service is woeful from inconsistency at breakfast through to random housekeeping - well below 5* standards. Also these are not villas - they are an ok sized ground floor room. Do not understimate the comments re bugs!! Insufficient "fogging" etc means that in the garden part of your "villa" you will get severely bitten!! These are v uncomfortable but luckily do heal in a couple of days

Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt und auch stylisch. Das Zimmer und die Terasse wirklich toll. Auch der Poolbereich, obwohl das Grundstück in diesem Bereich sehr schmal ist. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker. Einziger Nachteil war der teils späte Zimmerservice trotz Beschwerde beim Hotelmanager.

We had an incredible stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night before we flew home but wish we could have stayed longer! The hotel is beautiful, the room was stunning and we were even upgraded to a pool room. The food was good but the beach was the absolute highlight for us. One of the best beaches we visited in Thailand. So quiet, untouched and beautiful!

My stay at Meliá Phuket was an unforgettable experience. I went with my husband for our honeymoon, and the ambience of the hotel was very calm and romantic, perfect for the occasion. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!

Very nice rooms and nicely structured property. Personnel is very friendly but needs some training in terms of service, attentiveness, and attention to detail. E.g. we were never introduced to the special dinner menu (not mentioned in their app nor anywhere else on the multiple ad posters and panels or in the digital menu of the Restaurant) only by asking if they offer any fish or seafood, where were introduced to this special menu, I don't understand how you cannot promote this or at least simply tell guests such menu is existing. Room service took more than 1.5h for delivery. The offered application for services is not monitored properly and requests are simply overlooked and need to be placed again via Phone. Not a big deal but either you offer an app service and deliver, or you just stick to classical phone service. However, our request for additional water was always fulfilled and also other direct orders were taken care of instantly. Beach beds with "used look", tables on the beach beds are not useable as the wooden parts are distorted so that you cannot place your glass. Glassware at the pool is plastic (which is fine) but pretty outworn. Overall we had a good stay but the Level of service is lacking behind other 5* properties which can be easily solved by some additional training and some attention to details/renewing glasses, tables etc.

Had a really nice time. The beach, room, and staff are definitely thr highlights. Will return.

At check-out, no one assisted with carrying the luggage, and when getting into the car to leave, there was also no assistance with the luggage. I had called for a golf car for pick-up to lobby check out, and the customer service representative said it had arrived. However, when I walked down there was no one here!
