Kamarnya di lantai 4 lantai berdebu. Yang bikin tidak betah ada kecoa kecil di atas headboard. Setelah komplain di pindahin ke kamar lain ternyata tetap ada serangganya?

As the 4 stars Hotel I think this building so under expectation. Dark room, dark toilet, hard bed. I just stay 1 night for my 5 night reservations and move to another nearby hotel.

Kami menginap 4 hari. dikasih kamar yang jelek. Bau AC tidak sedap dan susah di set. remotenya sering mati sendiri. Kamarnya sumpek. pelayanan ramah sih. Resepsionis helping banget. Tapi kamarnya tidak nyaman

Kamarnya banya kecoa. Sepertinya jarang di bersihin, minta pindah, kamar lain ternyata sama juga. kecoa kecil di mana.

Hotelnya agak tua tapi nyaman, kamar mandi dilengkapi bathtub, cocok buat yang mau belanja ke platinum dan pratunam market karena dekat sekali lokasinya.

The breakfast food is not creative. Everyday we ate same thing. Please pay more attention to breakfast variety and changes it not just everyday eat same dishese (sunny side egg, fish, chicken, etc). Change the way they were served and cooked.

Hotelnya bagus ada di pinggir jalan raya, dekat kemana-mana dan kamarnya pun besar. Jalan ke platinum mal cuma 10 menit, breakfastnya juga enak-enak

From in front of the hotel, looks like small hotel. But inside it is big and comfortable. My room was upgraded. I didn't know why, maybe the hectic of guests, breakfast was ordinary. But so far everything is OK.

khách sạn 3-4 sao nhưng thật sự chất lượng quá tệ.phòng tối, bồn tắm dơ, không có dép để mang trong phòng. bàn chải kem đánh răng cũng không có, trang thiết bị cũ. Hoàn toàn không hài lòng với số tiền đã bỏ ra.

5 stars about its location. Pratunam market, Platinum, Seven eleven, street foods, Talad neon night market, big C can be reach by foot. The hotel's staff is good. I think they improved their staff quality based on many bad reviews about the staff. The breakfast good enough. It has much choice of foods, the taste is standard. Maybe I will stay on this hotel again when come to bangkok later.

There are 2 small cockroaches inside the room, one near the rubbish bin and killed in front of the bathroom. The second one is in the refrigerator, it climbed up to my bottle and I brought it to the bathroom and tried to flushed away from the wastafel. But it climbed up again & my friend killed it nearby the washtafel. This happened on the day 2. I stayed 4 days in the hotel. Everyday they clean up the room. But until the day I check out, the cockroach still there. The location is good. They breakfast is still ok. The room not so comfort as I expected. Most of the TV channel are in Thai, except 1 in Cantonese and the other is somewhere Eroupean language.
