Thank you for providing bunk beds and amenities for the children. The food and service were very excellent. Also, the location was very good for sightseeing and shopping.

ホテルの施設やサービス自体は非常に満足。 一方で、ホテルすぐ横の川の異臭がホテル１階に流れ込んできていたことは気になった。

ファミリールームで２段ベッドの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くはなかったですが、窮屈に感じることもありませんでした。バスタブがなかったのが残念。 立地は良かった。

バンコクには何回も行ってるがこのホテル立地的サービス共に1番だと思う。一階のベルボーイ？が本当にいい人だった。次に行ってもまたここに泊まります。

徒歩でメインのショッピングセンターへ行けて本当に便利！ ベビーカーだとプラチナムショッピングモールのエレベーターを駆使すればホテルに辿り着きます

女性は買い物好きですよね！　安くて沢山のファッションにあふれているのがここの良さです。 プラチナムファッションモール隣接なので、好きな時間にお買い物出来て手荷物がいっぱいになったらすぐ部屋に置きに行ける便利さが良いですよ！ 夜店が終わったらNEONナイトマーケットもすぐそばにあり、時間つぶしにもってこいです。 食事も、近くにピンクのカオマンガイ屋さんがあったりプラチナムモールの６Fのフードコートだったりと何でもあり・・少し歩くと大型スパーBic C やセントラルワールドショッピングモールがあって1日では見切れないほどです。

Bon séjour globalement. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait une forte odeur de solvant du à des travaux aux étages supérieurs. L équipe a réagit positivement et nous en avons été ravis !! Sinon belle vue cote parc et petit déjeuner au top. Je reviendrai en 2026 !!!

I recently stayed at Novotel and had an exceptional experience. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities, offering both comfort and style. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were clean and well-maintained. Its central location made exploring the city effortless. Overall, Novotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure stays.

There was nothing I would recommend the Novotel to anyone in fact I would recommend use any other hotel, and until I have $280 sent to me for paying for breakfast for eight nights for two people when it was clearly written on my booking Breakfast Included. The breakfast that I paid for twice was very cold every morning. I will keep on not recommending this very poor hotel.

Staff are friendly and polite

Hotel was a little chaotic. Staff did their best, but the guests were a mess. You can tell the hotel is overwhelmed. And there’s some weird quirks to the architecture that lead to a lot of crowding and bottle necking. The overall the stay was fine, but after a long day in the craziness of Bangkok it was hard to relax. We stayed 12 years earlier and didn’t have the same impression then, maybe the hotel is showing its age. Or we are.

Fast check in as I had done so prior to reaching hotel via a link the hotel sent. Hotel is located above the Platinum Fashion Mall which makes it very convenient to shop and return to room to rest and recharge. Hotel spa had a promotion for massage which is very worth it. There is also a gym overlooking the pool at level 9 which is clean and new. Seldom used. Great stay and will recommend as location is fantastic. Only issue is when booking via Bolt, the only pick up is at basement. Have to send a message to driver to indicate it’s hotel lobby entrance for pick up.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Bangkok for the past 15 years. Mostly cause of its location and security. Right next to Paturam Platinum mall and so many other shopping. There are small stores right downstairs with food and more night time shopping. Hotel is secure as the deception is on 6th floor and there are guard at the bottom. Staff is great. Bar has free tea time and dinner shows. Absolutely love this hotel.

This is the best location ! You can reach Platinum, Central World and Big C! All within walking distance!

not so good. the check in counter was not as polite as I expected (female staff), except for Nonny, he helps and understanding my needs.
