スタッフがとてもフレンドリー 綺麗なお部屋

エレベーターがなく、階段の多かった。またプールは小さい。しかし全体的におしゃれで小さな子供ではなく少し大きな子供と一緒でプールではなく海に行きたいのであれば良いホテルだと思う。

ホテルの玄関やロビーは綺麗で雰囲気はとても良いです。しかし、部屋に入ると、ルームカード挿入口の 不良で、部屋の電気はしばらくすると消えてしまいました。外出時に、直してもらいましたが、今度は、 洗面とお風呂のお湯が出ず。フロントに言うが、結局その日は治らないとの事で、翌日の夕方まで、シャワーは使えず。トイレや洗面所の隅はホコリだらけで、プライベートプールの水はお世辞にも綺麗とは言えず。ベッドのシーツは交換してあったが、ピローケースはただシワを伸ばしただけ。朝食の種類は少なく 連泊にはきついです。

Slin beach沿いには少し前まで、沢山のレストランやバーがあったようですが全て取り壊し中です。なので、とっても静でした。 セブンとファミマがあり、大変べんり。 ホテルのフロントと従業員は大変親切で、快適な滞在でした。

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was nice location to the beach and the airport. Staffs were nice and handled our requests well (thanks!). It was also nice that we had a breakfast included in the package although it was the same menu every day. These are good things, but here goes our REAL voice. We found out on the very last day that our bed sheet was NEVER changed during the stay. All they did were just providing some toilet papers & shampoo, and threw trash. Since they are rated as 4 star hotel, we simply expected NORMAL hygiene conditions and cleanness. Yet, it turned out that was too much to expect. There were SO many bugs in the bed which bit our legs and arms till they got super red. Mosquito? Hell yeah. They were everywhere in the room at day and night. Seriously, these being said, we can't recommend this hotel to anybody who will go to Phuket.

Thank you to all the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. The hotel and its location seemed to be the best in Surin for us. We would have liked more variety at breakfast — by the end of the 6th day it became a bit repetitive. Also, one of the two rooms did not match the photos on Expedia: there was no mirror and no sofa. Otherwise, everything was good. We wish you further growth and improvement!

Clean room, great food, very helpful and responsive staff. Very close to the beach. The AC could have been quieter.

Fantastic staff - always helpful and friendly. The property is maintained to a high degree and there is always someone doing something to maintain the high standards.

This lovely boutique hotel ticket all our boxes. Modern, clean and very comfortable. Decor was trendy with a holiday theme throughout all done very nicely. Two lovely small pools with plenty of sun beds and seating area. Breakfast was great, fresh and lots of options. The staff were friendly and helpful and very attentive. Beach was close by. Would recommend without hesitation.

Amazing stay. The staff is so welcoming and so helpful. The Spa is definitely a hidden gem! What a great service. Quiet place, right in front of the beach.

Excellent hotel

Very nice clean hospitable. Breakfast was nice and the inky thing was it doesn’t have an elevator but the staff carried the suitcases up and down the steps.

Great staff, great beach location, great breakfast

Tha staff were very friendly and so so helpful. Always polite and cheerful. The hotel was very clean and new. We had a family suite, so it was on the third floor and had one more flight of stairs to the bedroom upstairs. No elevators, so got my workout each day. Bathroom was clean and large with an awesome huge shower. Location was great and just a shortwalk to Surin Beach. Two nice pools.

Shopping options galore.

Wie immer sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Check in, Service, Restaurant-klasse. Die Lage ist fußläufig zum großartigen Surin Beach nur wenige Minuten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr modern, sauber, nicht riesengroß aber völlig in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Der Pool, dass er nicht riesengroß ist, ist auf den Bildern erkennbar, es ist aber mehr eine große Badewanne, vielleicht 120 cm tief in der Mitte und dann nach links und rechts ansteigend auf Wadenhöhe - na gut, Luxusprobleme, bei dem Strandvor der Tür😊

So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket. Also the breakfast is top notch as well;)

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The good was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Would call it a hotel rather than a resort however terrific experience for my and 2 young kids. Staff, in particular Peter and Fern, as well as the restaurant servers were genuinely accommodating and friendly. The beach is beautiful although the waves are quite intense for young kids. Overall a great stay!

Very nice people. Facilities are very nice as well, would visit again 👍
