パラダイスビーチリゾートサムイ

メナムビーチに中心街から徒歩２０分くらいのとこにあり、メインロードまでは約１０分の静かなリゾート。最初は、何にもなさ過ぎて不安になった。何かの手違いで予約した部屋が取れてなかくて違う部屋になってしまい、スイート４泊がプレミア２泊とバンガロー２泊になった。差額分を食事券やドリンク券でフォローしてくれたが、環境に対する不安もあってかなり不満に思っていた。が、レストランの食事はすごく美味しいし、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー。何もない事が心地良くなってきて、いるだけで楽しい気分に変わって来た。朝食の時には、ゲストリレーションの方が一組ずつアンケートを取り、拙い英語でもゆっくりと時間を取って聞いてくれ、リクエストにも迅速に対応。Wi-Fiの調子が悪いと伝えると、その日の内に新しいアンテナを部屋の近くに設置してくれた。ゲストが快適に過ごせるように、スタッフが一丸となって努力してる姿に感動。今回は４泊だけだったが、次はもっとゆっくり滞在したい。

Lovely hotel if you want to stay in resort or not too bothered about outside dining choices/shops etc. The hotel runs a cheap shuttle into Fisherman’s Village but only at 5pm and 6pm. You then sort your own taxi back which is easy but approx £8-10 so if you want to go out every evening it might be annoying. Our room was lovely and pool areas etc nice. Unfortunately our daughter and quite a few other guests cut their toes on sharp tiles in the larger swimming pool by the beach so maybe this needs to be renovated soon. We only spent 1 night here before flying from Koh Samui but everything was very clean, modern, rooms are very spacious with robes, toiletries and large TV. We were also upgraded to a premium room with a hammock outside which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and very helpful at reception helping us sort shuttles, airport transfer etc. We saw an advert for a cooking lesson which also looked lovely. Massages are exorbitant here! More than twice the price anywhere else I’ve seen so didn’t bother.

Lindo hotel de playa , servicial personal, amables, un poco alejado del fisherman que es muy lindo para tragos, cenar y compras, masajes, pero tienen en el hotel dos shuttles diarios de poco pago La playa no es la mejor de ese lado de la isla pero no está mal, volvería a ir .

Rigtig fin hotel lige ved vandet. Vandet var grumset, dog ligesom på resten af øens strande. Rigtig god morgenmad og sød personale

14 dage på dette fantastiske resort. Super venligt og hjælpsomt personale, god mad og virkelig flot have. Resortet virkede aldrig overrendt og det var altid muligt at få plads ved en af deres to pools, da man her pointerede at man ikke kunne reservere stole med håndklæder eller lade tingene ligge når man gik.

We were extremely happy with this hotel. For a very reasonable price, we tremendously enjoyed the Paradise beach - the room was large and comfortable, the landscaping was beautiful and lushly, both pools were great, the restaurant had a huge variety of delicious food for affordable prices, and above all - the service was excellent, super-friendly and efficient. We will definitely return here.

Schönes Hotel in einem tropischen Garten direkt am Meer gelegen. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück und gepflegte, saubere Anlage sowie die Zimmer. Nur 2 Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein großer Spiegel wäre hilfreich zum komplett anschauen und noch ein weiterer Spot direkt über dem Spiegel im Bad fehlt, für z. B. Rasur und Make up. Ansonsten alles top, kommen gerne wieder.

War schön und Sauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Quiet location on the beach. Fantastic room, which was lovely and clean. Great pool areas, friendly staff and fantastic food. It is very out of the way though and you can't walk to anything apart from great massages on the beach. The hotel did offer shuttles to the town and Fishermans village but we only stayed one night so didn't do it. I would struggle to spend a whole holiday here because of that. The only other thing to note was that there was divers in the top pool which made it a bit difficult to swim in the pool.

Staff, Property, Accommodations, Beachfront location & Breakfast

What a beautiful place to stay, it is quiet & tranquil. You can either enjoy the beautiful gardens, swim in 1 of the 2 beautiful pools or soak up the sun laying on the shore looking out over the lovely beach with fantastic views. I would definitely stay again. The only negative I would say is that the appliances could do with an update (tv & hair dryer) but this is only a small negative because honestly I had no time to watch tv I was far more preoccupied laying on the sun beds watching the water or walking through the gardens.

The hotel was probably once very nice. However, it was dirty. Pool was dirty and tarnished. Flies everywhere - all over the food and bar area. Staff not particularly helpful - one in particular was fairly rude on our arrival. Couldn't get in to our room on time. A real disappointment.

Overall we enjoyed our 9 night stay. Pros: Very nice staff, clean facilities, good breakfasts, good service, nice pools and beach area, excellent housekeeping, good sized rooms. Cons: no gym

When possible book room 101... Fantastic!

This is a lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful and friendly. There is no real beach but you can go down the steps and swim in the sea and you can walk to adjacent beaches. People do start reserving sunbeds early in the morning however we did always manage to get somewhere to sit. There was a good choice of food for breakfast. On checkout, our bill included mini bar items that we had not had. This was raised with reception staff and was quickly resolved. We left very early on the day of departure and we were given a breakfast box to take away which was a nice touch. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
