The owners, Penzy and David, and another staff are very warm and helpful. They always provided a comfortable environment, as saying "Hello" and "Are you OK?" with a smile. On the day of check-out, I had to go to the pier very early morning. They arranged the transfer service, so I could go safely. If I ever go to Koh-Samui again, I'd like to stay here!

Really enjoyed my solo stay here. I was warmly welcomed and the guesthouse and room were lovely and clean. It’s well located near the beach and other dining options and nightlife. Highly recommend!

The hotel is the owner's name Penzy. My fiancé and I were delighted to meet her and her staff who are very knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. They have been very helpful and the location is central enough to walk to most places, yet quiet at night and very affordable if you are on a budget. You get what you pay for, so understand there is no elevator and you may have to climb stairs. We are staying and extending our visit from 10 to 30 days while we wait for an apartment. Top marks and I have traveled to 10 countries for 30 years.

Fijn Guesthouse op leuke locatie. Strand, restaurants en winkels op loopafstand. Anna was een goede gastvrouw.

Bis auf das Bad was nicht dem deutschen Standart entspricht, auch selten in Koh Samui zu finden, war es Top. Telefonate für Reservierungen , Fahrwege, Roller, Wäsche, Fähre wurde alles organisiert. Liebe nette Leute!!

Schuhe mussten unten bleiben, der Besitzer und seine Frau zeigten sich nicht sehr hilfsbereit , als ich feststellte , dass eine Goldkette aus meinem Kulturbeutel fehlte. Eine andere Möglichkeit als die Busgesellschaft wurde nicht in Betracht gezogen b. Das hat mich verunsichert!

Penzy foi muito receptiva e ajudou em várias coisas. O quarto é confortável. Local arrumado, nada de luxo.

Mi sono trovato malissimo . La wifi funzionava quando voleva , la struttura a me non piaceva senza ascensore e con scale altissime . Struttura poco elegante , peccato perché il personale dell'hotel è ottimo e la posizione è buona . Il frigo faceva più rumore di una lavatrice .

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. Penzy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming and helpful when it came to booking activities etc. The room was safe and comfy although the only slight downside was that towels weren't changed daily. Overall no problems!

It's a great little guest house offering excellent value for money. As a guesthouse it's only really a place to sleep, with no restaurant etc but there are a large number of food options very nearby including a very cheap (good) Thai place and also Italian, Greek and Sandinavian restaurants within a few blocks. Penzy has contacts to help out with anything you need, from transfers, bike rental, tours etc, and also has various discount restaurant vouchers.

Penzy's was our first stop on our month long thailand trip. It's close to the hustle and bustle of chaweng but on a quiet street so you can get some sleep. However, the street is poorly lit at night but we felt safe, in any case. We liked the location very much, as it was high energy and the shopping was fun. Penzy and her husband were very pleasant and informative. They helped us book our ferries around the islands (tao and phangan). I was a bit hesitant to do this as we paid cash to penzy up front and she gave us a hand written receipt to cover our tickets. It all worked out fine - we are just used to a different system where we are from, as all confirmations are emailed by the company itself! It's a cute little guesthouse - the rooms are dated, no doubt, but for the price and location it's pretty good. Thanks for your hospitality Penzy!
