シャワーの故障を依頼して直してもらったにもかかわらず再度故障したので、部屋を変えてくれました。 スタンダードルームはフロントから歩いて7〜8分かかりますがのんびりした時間の中ではそれも楽しめました。 全体的にスタッフが親切でよかったです。

It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. Because they were late coming after us, all our plans were delayed. After 10 o'clock, the car wouldn't pick us up. They wouldn't serve anything until the dining room. No shops were open. When we arrived the first day, even their shampoo was empty. When I came out of the shower, we called and after 10 minutes they brought shampoo. The shower was broken and the water wasn't hot, so we took a cold shower.

Transport fungerte fantastisk! Træge på å besvare e-post i forkant.. nydelig plassering! Fin strand (bortsett fra byggeplassen ved siden av hotellet). Kommer gjerne tilbake!!

Läget var fantastiskt och servicen var bra. Vi bodde i en pool villa och den hade behövt lite finputsning. Bra att kunna bada på flera ställen och parera tidvattnet och de stora båtarna som lade till bredvid hotellet varannan dag pga renovering på en fastighet bredvid Natural Resort.

Camera molto bella e spaziosa (luxury cottage), di fronte al mare. Terrazza fronte mare e bagno grande e confortevole. Servizi dell' hotel ottimi, posizione incantevole. Unica pecca le pulizie del terrazzo, decisamente scarse.

La chambre n’était pas vraiment impeccable Ménage très vite fait.

Staff are all very nice and helpful especially on transporting our luggages! The ocean is amazing clean and clear. The private beach area is somewhere I can stay all day long. It's away from the busy Tonsai beach so more quiet and peaceful here. Breakfast buffet got lots variety to choose from.

We stayed one night at Phi Phi Natural Resort as a family of four (two adults and two kids) and had a very positive experience. We stayed in a pool villa, which was very nicely set up. The room had a rustic, ecological style that fits perfectly with the nature-focused concept of the resort. The location is truly unique — beautiful, peaceful, and very easy to access thanks to the resort’s partner ferry service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth and fast, and the team immediately helped us with settling in and arranging tours. The beach is gorgeous, excellent for snorkeling, and also a fantastic spot to watch the sunset. What really stood out was the level of care shown when our youngest son (12) had a stomach upset during our stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, flexible, and proactive — helping us adjust tour plans and departure times, and constantly checking if we needed anything. A special mention to Chintana from guest relations, who went above and beyond to support us during this situation. Thankfully, our son started feeling better, and we were able to truly enjoy the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay with outstanding service. We would definitely recommend Phi Phi Natural Resort.

Absolutely stunning views, photos match what is there. The only negative I can think of was the beach had a few bottles etc that had washed up and not been cleared. Was great for snorkeling!

Faboulous resort. More than expected. Very calm - beautiful waters for snorkeling. Be ware of glass though. Restaurant is absolutely fantastic. Thx to Supapol and Gin for a very, very pleasant stay

Beautiful location 5 star plus, sadly we were there during a very rainy time, not much sun to enjoy the beach and water. Would love to go back when sunny. Hotel and staff were great.

Während das Personal wirklich einen tollen Job macht und stets bemüht war zu helfen, ist die Anlage selbst leider nicht empfehlenswert. Im ersten Zimmer hatten wir einen widerlichen Gestank. Abends merkten wir dann, dass es kein Warmwasser gab, also Rezeption kontaktiert, sie schickten sofort jemanden, dennoch dauerte es über eine Stunde. Auch war eine Bettlampe war defekt, was aber mal passieren kann. Der Gestank war jedoch unerträgliche, also gingen wir direkt morgens um 6:30 Uhr zur Rezeption und durften nach dem Frühstück umziehen – im neuen Zimmer war jedoch die Toilettenspülung defekt. Reparaturversuch erfolglos. Also erneut zur Rezeption, Umzug in ein neues Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer war dann nicht vollständig vorbereitet (kein Tee/Kaffee vorhanden), was für uns ok war, da wir es nicht nutzen, aber generell mit allen anderen Vorkommnissen schwierig ist. Ansonsten ist neben dem Resort gerade eine Baustelle und überall waren viele Stechmücken – in wenigen Minuten hat man über 20 Stiche. Trotz des engagierten Personals: Zu viele Mängel und ständige Umzüge – für den Preis leider keine Empfehlung. Wer ein Schnäppchen macht und damit klar kommt, gerne, es war auch immer alles sauber!

The food was so good and the resort was beautiful. Right on the water and there was a great place to get massages. Definitely recommend!

Hôtel qui procure un sentiment de liberté. Nous étions dans un bungalow vue mer, très cosy (évitez quand même la 101 qui a aussi vue sur des réservoirs bleus). La plage est belle avec des transats confortables et à profusion mais sans l’impression de bloc. La cuisine est moyenne mais il y a plein d’options sur la plage. On a beaucoup aimé.
