walked into our room had alook at around facilites walked straight out again and found another hotel the lift to the rooms should be condemed very unsave the photos shown on the site bears absolutely no resemblance to the actual state of the hotel very poor 1 star hotel is generous

Old, old rooms Not so hot water Low water pressure Poor mattress Noisy rooms Noisy AC Good location though I wouldn’t stay there again

Elevator did not work

No water in bathroom sink

The room is very dirty the bathroom is stinky and no parking space. We check in but after we see the room we all left. I’ll not recommended.

The hotel is nothing like the photos, its very tired, the reception staff are not hotel savvy and 1 couldn't understand the charge for the airport charge which was 700 baht, i had a mate arriving the next day and asked to book, ive been Thailand loads of time so i always confirm the charge, I said good price 700, she said 700 each way, i said it doesn't say that it's 700 she was adamant it was each way, OK what about when i check out and go airport she yes only 700, at that stage i gave up used another guy i knew, had a safe in my room that didn't work, so i asked for upgrade and got it, waste of time, i said i have coffee and tea bags but no jug, she said have to use the jug in the reception, i gave up again, definitely never use this hotel again. I asked to see Manager or owner, but never came

Bathroom was disgusting. It smelled and had black mold. The room was not not very clean and dingy. Close to the heart of Patong but on an ugly alley.

Detta hotell bör man undvika, det finns betydligt bättre alternativ i Patong.

AWFUL!!! This hotel will ruin your trip! No WIFI. No English speaking staff, no hot water in shower, their "continental breakfast" is a microwave on top of a bar. THE staff was the RUDEST. My wife had her time of the month and accidentally got one of the towels a bit stained. The rude woman brings the towel down to the lobby while we were checking out, opens it in front of everyone in there and completely shames her, yelling in Thai.... We usually don't complain, we get it that Thailand is different but this was uncalled for. Come on hotels.com your reviews are FAKE. This is barely a 1/2 star hotel. The wide angle pictures make the room look big but it's tiny. Yes you get what you pay for but there's a limit, they couldn't pay me to stay there. The room also smelled like stale mold, it was super loud and the view was simply horrible. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Vi sov här en natt. Rummet var rent men luktade lite fukt. Airconditionern satt över sängen och lät som en jetmotor. Dörrarna var väldigt tunna och du kunde höra alla grannar. Läget var centralt, men gatan kändes som en bakgata och vi kunde hela natten höra hur gästerna vid baren på hostelet mitt emot, festade högt hela natten. Fullt med prostituerade i området kring hotellet.

Perfect location, good-humoured staff, worth to pay, helped to find transfer to airport but we couldn’t get early check in

Hotellet heter PR Patong Residence inte PR Patong Hotel Den är felmarkerad på kartan vilket gjorde det svårt att hitta till och med för lokala invånare/förare

It’s nice that this hotel is right down the road from the mall, night market and beach. The bathrooms are a little out dated though

I had very good stay at PR Patong Hotel, it is central in Patong, close to any kind of entertainment and restaurants. The service always was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was uncomplicated, luggage can be stored free. The rooms are clean and erveryday they take care that guests feel welcome and happy. For single and couple travellers i would recommend this hotel. Coffee and tea is free available the whole day and night.
