The air conditioner was on for a few hours then shuts off, so basically you have to turn back on every few hours, which was a pain. Then the shower temperature was not steady, it was hot then cold or vice versus. We reported the problem, but the issue was not resolved so we just live with that situation. Finally, the breakfast was horrible cuz the foods was not hot at all and it was not good either. I basically lost my appetite every morning when I looked at the foods, which was very disappointing cuz I was hungry.

A very good stay and value for the cost. Hotel facility is really good, well maintained with some wear, but within reasonable. It is a smaller hotel, so don’t expect a large lobby or major amenities m. Room was great and breakfast was great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is right by a local highway which is almost impossible to cross, but other side is a 10 minute walk from a lively local area, packed with dining options, grocery etc. Nearby 7/11 for those who need it is a 5 min walk.

Great stay. Easy access to the main Nimman area. There’s the big Maya mall across the street. Lots of dining options. Everything walkable! Very nice staff. Good breakfast included.

Staff needs to improve the cleaning; change the dirty dishes for cleaned ones.

A nice hotel with plenty of free parking space. Location is also good for shopping at Maya plaza.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 조식도 괜찮은 편이고, 서비스도 좋아요. 골프백도 1층 luggage storage 매일 보관해 주고, 호텔 앞 주차공간도 넓은 편입니다.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and general conditions of the hotel were all good. This was my first stay at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. There were only two things that prevented me from giving an excellent rating. Firstly, it is very difficult to adjust the shower temperature without being scalded or freezing and the water pressure is a little low. Secondly, the walk to Huay Kaew Road can be a little hazardous as part of this stretch of the super highway does not have a footpath which means you have to walk on the side of this very busy road. The hotel is not responsible for this but could perhaps petition the local council on safety grounds for the construction of a footpath.

가격좋고 룸컨디션은 약간 랜덤인거 같지만 좋았고 님만에 접근성이 좋아서 즐기다 갈서 있었음

최근에 건축된 호텔이라 깨끗하고 퀄리티도 좋으면서 비싸지 않아서 참 좋았습니다. 직원들도 모두 친절하였고, 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다.. 다만, 수영장은 너무 큰 기대를 안 해야 할듯..

This hotel was a very nice find: charming, good location, clean and modern. The best features were the outstanding staff and superb breakfast. I was extremely satisfied.

It's a good location if you want to stay near maya mall. Good restaurants in the area. Hotel was in okay shape except for the pool, which was unusable. We didnt expect the breakfast to be so amazing and their kitchen put out food better than most of the food I've had at 5 star restaurants. Credit to the chef. Also Ms Cha and Ms Ji at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. We cut our trip short time this trip due to the ridiculously bad air in Chiang Mai but were happier than expected with our stay here.
