Good warm welcome,check in process very simple but no lifts had to carry suitcases up on staircase anyone with a disability avoid.

Établissement à éviter, nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre sale, très mal équipé, pas de literie de lits juste une couette qui n'avait pas été changé avant notre arrivée, matelas très vétuste nous sentions les ressorts, voisinage de chambre bruyant sans compter le bruit à l'extérieur. Aucune visibilité sur l'extérieur, la fenêtre donnait sur les câbles électriques et le poteau. Réfrigérateur non branché et prises de courant défectueuses. Poubelles pleines laissées dans la chambre et dans le couloir d'accès . Nous avons été contraint de relouer un autre hébergement pour continuer notre séjour.

No cleaning during 4 nights. And constant noise inside and outside of the hostel.

Boa localização, o apartamento precisa de umas mudanças, é meio velho, nada que uma boa reforma não melhore. Cama super confortável e a localização muito boa.

Was a good cheap hotel. Has all of the basics. Bed is shockingly hard compared to my hotels prior in Phuket and Bangkok but after having one other stay in a better hotel on Phi Phi, they were the same.

Værelset var fint. Lidt upraktisk at badet er lige som man kommer ind på badeværelset, så alt bliver vådt derude. Der var ikke noget vindue ud til på værelset, kun ud til gangen.

Hotel normal, sin pretensiones. Buen tamaño habitación, con ventana, tranquila.Baño típico, donde puedes defecar, afeitarte, y ducharte a la vez. Cama semidura, sin sabana superior. TV en la que, como todos los hoteles que he tenido, no he podido ver un solo canal. Y aquí no te explican nada; ni siquiera conectar el wifi, que nunca funcionó. Atendido por unos chavalitos,más preocupados por su móvil y tattoo, que atenderte. Si, como yo, es por un par de noches, vale.

Almost everything was broken. The AC, the toilet door and some on the stairs. A cat was screaming outside the room all night and lived in the hallway. the condition of the room and the place was just bad. But it seems like that is was you can expect many places on this island. We booked this place because it was the one in our price range with the least bad reviews.

Based on address direction it is a completely different location. Most of the neighbors didn’t know by the name of the hotel. Out dated over all. Staff is nice and helpful.

Ótimo loca pra se hospedar. Simples, mas quarto todo organizado, limpo e confortável. Além disso, a responsável é muito cute😊, honesta, solícita e fez a hospedagem ficar melhor ainda.

Lady had great English and was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage safely there and explore for a few hours after check out. Great location and it wasn't too noisy considering the area (and I'm a light sleeper) Room was a bit small but still comfortable and had working WiFi and a fridge which came in very handy. More toiletries like shampoo and shower gel would be very welcome.

Pretty run down hotel but they have what you need! Probably the loveliest lady on the island running the place and they provide you with a couple of water bottles for your room daily. Definitely value for money and everything was working as it should.

This place is located in the heart of Phi Phi island center. The service was great, helpful and attentive. The room was clean and the owner is very friendly and kind. Highly recommend it.
