Excellent stay, Van and the staff are excellent.

I want to start this with Rema has great service and has helped with every part of the process. I however did need to cut my stay short with rema. The rooms were as pictured, the bed was hard, thin sheets that you can see the pattern of the mattress, only one pillow per guest. And limited shelving in the room. Our room had a toilet with a heated seat and bidet built in with a dryer. And the water for the shower was filtered. The issue we had was with the air conditioning which was loud, didn’t adequately cool the room. In addition it is just on the skirts of Chinatown which also came with multiple homeless people and walking through a construction zone. The desk was not manned 24/7 and anyone could easily access the lobby. A key card entry would have been nice if someone was not always going to be at the desk. I ultimately had to follow my gut and cancel the remainder of my stay and move elsewhere. Rema again had great costumer service and helped me through the process. As for a lot of reviews listed there was a large delivery of TVs when I arrived so that may be getting addressed. I wanted to love this place so bad but it fell short but the staff did not.

the only good thing is the location, is at china town, if your looking to be 20 mins from all the good spots at bkk that is the area but theres better options, i choose it because was only one nigth to sleep and go early morning, the lock from the door was feeling down, they had a construcion and rooftop party, they notify me but you have to cross the construction to get in the hotel, the party was next to my window, wich has no courtains has something only ove there, the room looks kind of improve, not like it to be honest, woundt recomendt at all, i stay at the royal bangkok a few days after and thats perfect, good price and quality, i coundt book because was full, im sorry i usually dont post like this but i saw the reviews and thats why i book it, but doesnt look like the pics and reviews

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place one bit!! It all started when apparently Google and Hotels.com gave different addresses for this place and my driver took me to a wrong place at first. When I finally arrived at the correct location, I had to walk through a very sketchy and dirty construction site which I guess used to be a restaurant. Not to mention that the contruction workers gazing me a little too long as a solo female traveller felt uncomfortable. Thought all this was a little odd, but went in to check-in anyway. First I got a room that was otherwise quite nice (apparently their vip room), but there was no window and no wifi. I needed a wifi, so they gave me another room, which was quite horrific compared to the first one. It was dirty and dusty, the windows didn’t close properly and there was also no way to cover the windows. The last straw for me was that I found marks of bed bugs on the pillows and the mattress and I’m pretty sure I even spotted a couple of the bugs in the seam of the mattress. I did not feel comfortable staying here even the one night I had booked. :/

It was very lovely experience with Rema residency whole staff. They were extremely helpful and understanding. I would definitely visit again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Is a nice hotel. Good to stay. Walking distance to Chinatown night market.
