Samui Diving Resort

Samui Diving Resort is more than a hotel or diving center: Hakan & Nana received us like family in their home. The accomodation is very functional and fully equipped. We stayed in the 3 bedrooms villa and the kids enjoyed so much the swimming pool after a day at the beach, just walking distance. We didn't have a car and that was OK as you can reach Fisherman's Village in few minutes. As for diving, Hakan is an extremely experience dive master, but also very friendly and fun, making each dive even more enjoyable. We had a blast at Sail Rock: strongly recommended. All in all, you are into safe hands, and you'll enjoy your stay :-) Will be happy to come back.

Really liked the separated bungalows, each with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchenette. Way better than typical hotel rooms and lower price. A great place for scuba divers! We were only on Koh Samui three full days but managed 2 days of excellent diving arranged by the owner. Easy walk to good food, fisherman's village, shopping and the beach. Our family includes both Thais and Americans, and all were happy with the location and accommodations.

The hotel's location is on the edge of Fisherman's Village which still makes it very accessible and yet not very busy.

Good location. Easy to go everywhere by motorbike. Marketingplace three times week under your balcony.

Bon hotel dans un bon quartier, une petite remarque par rapport a tous les autres hôtels que nous avons pus faire, personne ne nous accompagne jusqu'à la chambre, nous montons nos valises seuls. Si non la propreté est au rdv, le quartier est bon.

Great little place. Comfortable, good value for money, and very friendly staff. As a downside, it was difficult to contact the resort before my arrival to arrange a late check-in. It was also not quite clear to me how room cleaning works. Mine was only cleaned after my first night. Aside from these two issues, a great place and well worth the money. I also went on a dive trip to Sail Rock with Dive Tribe, who are affiliated with this hotel - a great trip, again with very friendly staff, whale sharks and turtles.

We booked this last minute after missing out flight to Krabi. Next flight we could get was 2 days later so we decided to stay in Samui. SO GLAD WE DID! The room was big and comfortable. The bed was actually not rock hard like most in Thailand, so that was awesome.Wi-fi worked great! Large window opening out to the street. Across the street from the beach. Nice staff. Breakfast included and it was pretty good! TV set up was a little strange and we were unable to get anything on, but honestly not a big deal. We didn't come to Thailand to watch TV. :-) Small, clean, no frill hotel in Samui. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs for lodging, moving around for errands and airport transfer. He was an excellent host. Thank you so much, dear Diaa. We would like to come again.

location right inside fisherman, village was perfect as there was plenty to see and places to eat. However, this made costs much greater. There were a few really good and affordable restaurants doing mainly Thai food but some european dishes too in the village and these were the Oasis and the Hut. If you go out of the hotel and go on the beach to the left for about 400m you come to a shack with free loungers and tables and chairs as long as you drink and/or eat with them. It was the "calm beach resort" and whilst basic, it was clean and v tasty. I spent many an hour there in the hammock and felt sooo chilled out. Not a criticism but just a comment, the breakfasts were just ok. I felt that they were done with minimal resources and were lazy. The surrounding nightlife stopped at 11-12pm but if you wanted an early night, forget it!

Hotel bem localizado na praia de Bo Phut, mais especificamente ao lado de restaurantes e barzinhos. Café da manhã razoável, mas poderia melhorar um pouco (ter mais opções de sucos frescos de preferência, e um richaud para manter os ovos quentes). Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos. A limpeza do quarto é ok.

Staff was great - excellent breakfast every morning. Great location in the fisherman's village. Basic but spacious and clean rooms with great aircon and wifi. Also while I didn't dive with them I spoke to some people who did and they seemed to have a great time.

Vi hadde 3 flotte netter her. Booket egentlig bare 2 netter i første omgang, men forlenget oppholdet med 1 natt. Flott service og bra beliggenhet. Anbefales

Dette var et enkelt og billig hotell. Hyggelige ansatte og det var rent og pent. Bra wifi og kun 50 meter til stranden. Det ligger rett ut i handlegaten. Minimalt med støy

3 uker på Samui Diving Resort gikk som røyk. Hadde ett alle tiders opphold. Betjeningen (eieren) er bedre enn best! Samui Diving Resort tilbyr også dykker/snorkle turer med få deltakere og rimelige priser. ANBEFALES

Unser Zimmer war schön, neu und sauber (neue Klimaanlage, starker Wifi Empfang, ca. 50 TV Kanäle, jeden Tag gratis Wasserflaschen). Hotel liegt am Ende in der Fishermanns Village Walking Street dh. relativ ruhig in der Nacht, nur 1 min zum Strand bzw zu den Shops u. Restaurants. Besitzer und Personal waren immer sehr freundlich. Konnten wegen dem hohen Wellengang & Regen leider nicht tauchen gehen, auch wenn der Besitzer alles versucht hat :). Hotel und Tauchschule sind trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert. Super Preis-Leistungsangebot.
