Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. The location to walk to an actual restaurant s a sketchy back alley. We left after 2 hours and the hotel is fighting about refunding our money. Buyer beware this place is a 1 star dump.

Het appartement is echt heel ruim van opzet en van veel gemakken voorzien. Het strand is een tegenvaller, slecht onderhouden en er is weinig tot niets te doen. De Hotels met privé strandjes even daar gelaten.

Der Service war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab satelliten Fernsehen mit allen deutschen Programmen aber der Server blieb öfters hängen. Bis zum Strand ist es 1,5 km zu laufen. In der direkten Nachbarschaft war eine große Baustelle. Der Hauspool war gut das Wasser aber etwas salzig und für die Augen daher anstrengend. Eine Taucherbrille wäre gut. Direkt an der Straße zum Hotel gibt es kleine gute und günstige Restaurants und Massagen. Am Strand und in den Straßen ist es dort in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig und nicht überfüllt teilweise sogar leer. Alle Anbieter von Tagesausflügen holen einen direkt im Hotel ab, ansonsten gibt es zahlreiche Taxis die einen überall hinbringen. Für Reisende die einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub genießen wollen, können wir das Hotel und die Region sehr empfehlen.

We were a family of 7 including a 6 year old. The staff are friendly, the apartment spascious and clean ... the pool is lovely.. the staff were very helpful. Make arrangements for your own airport travel as arranging from the resort would be twice as expensive... this is also for trips around ... the massage places immediately outside the resort is amazing...

I really liked this hotel, the appartments were really big, well serviced, the staff were very helpful and always happy to help. The location is good, Surin beach had really strong waves so good for bodyboarding, bang tao beach was great for families as it's less wavy (but still good bodyboarding). It was easy to arrange taxis to nearby attractions such as waterfall, fantasea, patong, temples, mini golf, etc. There are small local restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and a great Thai boxing place which offers private tuition.

Kæmpe lejlighed som var en og lækker. Vi nød vores ophold meget. Morgenmaden blev serveret på værelset hvis var super fint. Dog var morgenmaden noget kedelig.

Hotel is like condo/hotel mix, which means your don't have all amenities of a chain hotel (i.e no bar or in hotel restaurants, etc), but that your have much more room and a more authentic experience. When we stayed an owner was having an upgrade done to his unit so there was a lot of noise directly below us, but the staff worked hard to address the issue and eventually moved us to another, even nicer, room. So the noise was a little disruptive, but the people, the place, the pool, etc made up for it.

Big surprise for the price, spacious rooms great pool, quiet area, good restaurants close by.

We had a ball !!! It is a great hotel for family's . The driver at the hotel was fantastic !!! Her name is Tik and she showed us around the sites of Phuket and its surrounds . We hope to come back soon !!!

Bei Ankunft mit dem Auto benötigt man einen elektronischen Zugangscode für die Zufahrtsschranke. Aber die Telefonnummer der Rezeption war alt und ist ungültig. Also zu Fuss zur Rezeption. Sowas sollte nicht passieren. Wurden dann aber entschädigt durch ein Upgrade auf ein 3 Schlafzimmer Condo. Ca. 160 m2 und sehr schön neuwertig eingerichtet. Frühstück kann man sich ( nur ) aufs Zimmer servieren lassen. Hat gut geklappt und wurde nach eigenen Wünschen in der wohnungseigenen Küche und Einkauf aus 7-11 aufgepeppt. Schöner Pool mit ein paar Liegen die nie voll besetzt waren. Die Anlage hat ca. 36 Condos - ist also überschaubar. Wird allerding zur Rückseite gerade deutlich erweitert was zu etwas Baulärm führte. Der Baubeginn ist gerade jetzt und dauert sicher Monate. Trotzdem : Preis - Leistung und wenn man Platz haben will - Empfehlung. Ach ja : Ihr Auto parkt überdacht im Untergeschoss mit Liftzugang und Security.

Our apartment had lots for space full kitchen, dining lounge and large deck overlooking the pool. Modern decor service well every day. The staff were very helpfull. 15 minutes to patong on a bike. A great place to stay

Great resort, spacious apartment, great amenities and very helpful staff

Enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel/ apartment was very roomy, had a great view, and the breakfast service in our room everyday was great. This is a great value for a great place to stay. I would recommend renting a car to get the most out of your stay here.

We were on an 8 week trip and this apartment provided the opportunity from a 'home from home' experience. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed buying local produce and cooking Thai meals ourselves. The deal included a good choice of breakfast delivered to our room - an added bonus.

Loistava ja rauhallinen loman viettoon sopiva hotelli. Palvelu pelasi hyvin!
