Room was quite accommodating but the floor was dirty which didn't corelate with requirements to take a shoes off before entering room. Shower did have a soap and shampoo but did not have a toilet paper or a soap for washing hands. Overall that would be an excellent place to stay if all deficiency were remediable.

The hotel is beautiful. The pool looking onto the beach is stunning. Reception staff are super friendly. Not great for solo travellers if you want a really social vibe and to meet people with activities etc, there is one dorm. The hotel hosts large groups of young travellers. Its sometimes feels like they take over the hotel. They have BBQs, quizzes, parties etc and the rest of the hotel is excluded. Great place to chill.

Vi bookede denne overnatning i forbindelse med full moon festen, vi havde en super god oplevelse, med virkelig god service fra personalet og en fin privat bungalow ved vandet, stedet var rent og pænt. Receptionisten havde en enormt god udstråling og var virkelig hjælpsom Stedet afholder forfester til full moon hvor man kan male tøj/kroppen før festen, hvilket er super hyggeligt og man kommer hurtigt i snak med de andre gæster, så helt klart en anbefaling hvis man gerne vil opleve full moon på koh phangan

We booked the most expensive beach front bungalow for 2nights. The setting was beautiful but unfortunately we decided to cut out stay short. When we arrived we were taken to our room and found all 3 beds to have stained sheets, hairs and bugs.. we approached the receptionist who had checked us in and asked for the sheets to be changed, she was grumpy and snappy and asked us to wait until the next day to get the sheets changed, we politely refused and said we wouldn't be comfortable sleeping in the soiled sheets. She reluctantly sent staff to clean the sheets and didn't apologise, we felt really uncomfortable with how she dealt with us as we don't like to complain. The sheets were changed but the new sheets were also stained - not as much but still large yellow stains and blood stains were present. Also some bugs which I suppose is the nature of a beach stay but we were concerned about the possibility of bed bugs after reading previous reviews... The next morning I tried to shower and there was little water coming from the shower and I counted 10 bites on my body, obviously this could have been from mosquitos outside of the property but we decided to cut our losses and find somewhere else to stay. Upon check out we were greeted by a different receptionist - Sandra, she couldn't have been nicer she was so apologetic and shocked by our concerns, she contacted her manager and sorted out a refund for our stay, if only we had of dealt with her at check in!!
