水道蛇口がHOT・COLD逆についていたのが１つ。シャワー室ガラス戸から水漏れ。バスタブ周辺の使い勝手最悪。部屋とバスルームの不必要な段差で足の指突き指しそう。ミニバー・冷蔵庫内部には水のみで貧弱。１日２本の水コンプリメントに対し１本飲みかけの水が残っていたら１本しか補充しないというお粗末さ。エモン掛けクローゼット固定タイプで使い勝手悪い。時計・ミュージック等オーデイオ設備なく不便。部屋の中の引出し・ソファー等すべてビジネスホテル並み。ビーチタオルの貸し出し時間帯大いに不便、ホテル外持ち出し禁止ナンセンス。街への送迎（但し、有料とは言語道断）。朝食の開始時間が７時と遅い。１日１，５００～２，０００バーツでも高いくらい。２月２０日～４泊した泉というものだけどホテル側に誠意が有るならリファンドして当然だろう。

Beachside "luxury"Villa war düster und das Zimmer ungemütlich. Keine gute optische und akustische Trennung zur Terrasse der Nachbarvilla, man verstand jedes Wort der rücksichtslosen Nachbarn ud mussten auch deren Zigarettengestank erdulden. Der Architekt unfähig..

Die Lage war super, schöner eigener Hotel Strand, tolle Hotel Anlage, viel Grün, Dschungel Feeling

Schöne geräumige zimmer, gute Ausstattung , schönes großes Badezimmer, sehr schöne weitläufige gepflegte Anlage und ein toller Pool Bereich, auch das Essensangebot ist sehr vielfältig, es hat 2 Restaurants die beide wirklich top sind. Sehr sehr nettes Personal , sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmermädchen sehr sehr nett und sehr gründlich was die Zimmerreinigung anbelangt. Tolle Lage , zwar am Anfang von khao Lak, aber alles ist Flussläufig zu erreichen , ansonsten gibt es auch die Möglichkeit ein Taxi von Hotel aus zu nehmen. Ich empfehle das Sentido zu 100% weiter und werde definitiv wieder kommen.

Lovely beach front property. Lots of sunbeds available. Across the road are a number of very good restaurants and bars and it’s a 10 minute walk into Khao Lak. Beautiful beach that you can walk to other bars and eating places

Amazing surroundings, very good installations and activities.

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice Sentido Resort is. Stayed in a delux bungalow. Bed was comfy, shower and bath amazing. Lots of pools to choose from with a swim up bar at one. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Tu the security gaurd :)

Wonderful staff throughout all the resort. Couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. We have stayed here twice now, and will be back again next year.

Our stay at Sentido Khao Lak was wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable and was happy to help us with organizing shuttles to the airport, etc. We enjoyed the really good breakfast in the mornings and the lounges directly next to the sea! Thank you, Sentido Khao Lak! <3

Beautiful facilities, fabulous staff Food was delicious The walk into town was longer than expected but still fine. Some great bars and eateries within 10-12 minute walk. Taxi service also available from the hotel Khao Lak is a quiet area, if you’re there to relax, this place is perfect for you

Santido located in a very unique location of Khao Lak. The rooms are spacious and clean. Food and beverage options are satisfactory however hotel bars closing hours could be extended a bit later then 11 pm. Hotel staff were very pleasent and helpful. The only negative point is all 5 of the hotel pools depth is around 120 cms. At least 1 or 2 of those pools could be deeper for swimmers and offering the option to the hotel guest. Overall we can recommend Sentido to all future holiday makers.

Sehr schönes Resort, geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Besonders Tu beim Parkplatzservice ist hervorzuheben. Einer der Menschen hier der eher wenig mit den Gästen zu tun hat, aber total freundlich und mit viel Freude seinen Job macht. Das Sentido ist definitiv eine Empfehlung.

Sentido was wonderful in every way. An excellent reception for our anniversary was followed by incredible service and breathtaking views throughout our stay.

Beach is amazing and beautiful with nearby Restaurants and Shopping

Sentido is a good property,a bit bigger for our preference but there are not too many good and small hotels available in the area.We spent one week during mid february 2025 and it would be more pleasant if it hadn't been for our fellow guests that behaved without caring others.Most of them come from Northern Europe at a point that there are some "starndkorbs" (a kind of sunbed used in the Baltic sea) exhibited,and some information brochures at the room are only in German,may be to let them fell like been at home.We couldn't use our balcony during the whole stay due to the fact that all our neighbors continuously smoked in a vicious way ; also one day the management had to send a general notice regarding the prohibition to take and then leave the sunbeds unattended at the beach during early mornings. .Our room located at the mountain side was ample and well appointed,the breakfast was not amazing but still good and for lunch and dinner there are much better options outside at walking distance. The very few wine options at a restaurant precisely named Enoteca is a joke.Good gym,The hotel location is convenient between the town and next to the national park. Finally,although this is not the hotel fault, they must be more careful on choosing the third party transfers to the airport since ours did not have air conditioner which is very important to us.All in all we think that will be back.
