Really dissatisfied. Arrived with my disabled mother and 3 suitcases, the receptionist just sat and watched us struggle without any assistance at all. The lobby,lift and room were not clean. Don't stay here

Rooms, pool area, overall dirty hotel. Pool area bathrooms stug and smelly. All laudrys left on hall where you had to cross those to get to the pool. Payed for breakfast, 5€/person) wich one day included 2 toast without anything, other day only coffee. Also take all receipts with you.. tried to charge double. Would not recommend to anyone.

Min frus iPhone blev stulen på rummet. Vi talade med dem på hotellet men de gjorde ingenting. Jag rekommenderar INTE detta hotell.

Le lendemain de mon arrivée a l'hotel on me reclame le reglement d'une taxe d'environ 350€ pour un sejour de 28 nuit non stipulés lors de la reservation. j'ai appelé votre service clientele qui etait egalement etonné, ils devaient me rappeler pour regler le probleme mais dans l'attente et sans reponse de votre par je n'ai pas continué mon sejour a l'hotel (vous pouvez demander a l'hotel en question). 2 nuits m'ont donc couté plus de 400€ sans aucun geste commercial de votre part. Sachez que c'est donc ma derniere reservation via votre site. Merci

One terrible hotel stuff can make you want to leave immediately. Her tone make you feels like you did something very very wrong.

It was an OK stay, a bit of a walk from the Hotel to the main city but overall it was reasonable.

SM Hotel is a nice enough budget hotel. For the price I paid it was good enough, and the location (about 5 minutes by Tuk Tuk to Patong Beach, 10 minutes to Karon Beach) was perfect. Positives: The staff were exceptionally kind, and tried to help my wife and I out as much as they could. The pool was nice; however, like most of the hotel the pool area was cluttered and could have been nicer. The rooms were ok, again for a budget hotel. Negatives: If the hotel cleaned better and picked up the clutter everywhere this would be a very nice hotel. The pool area and the roof deck are very dirty (the roof deck is unusable in my opinion). The rooms were dusty when I arrived, but I complained and the staff dusted for us quickly. Again, for the price it's worth it but with just a little bit of effort it could be so much nicer.

Great if you want to be close to Patong Beach and also get some sleep at night. Clean and very reasonable for the price you pay per night.

This place was terrible , the staff were unfriendly, the airconditioning didn't work, everyone was very unenthusiatic. The room didn't have a safe, the safe was downstairs at the front of the hotel, and a bit far to walk to where you might want to get. Not impressed.
