清潔な客室 素晴らしいスタッフ 港から近い

The room was spotless. The staff was very attentive. I was traveling alone, and when I got sick during the night, Kate at the front desk took incredible care of me. She helped me get to the hospital. She constantly bought me water and snacks. She visited me regularly and never left me alone. Thank you for everything. Kate, you are top-notch.

We booked this hotel for one night just to crash out and it was the perfect little place. Close to the pier, shopping and beaches. The staff was super friendly and caring. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is beyond 5 stars. The receptionist Katie is beyond helpful and friendly. She accomodates everything that I asks without any hesitation. The room is modern, beautiful and clean. The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from the pier. The welcome gift juice is provided upon arrival. Cannot express how much love I have for this hotel. Definitely will stay at this hotel if we come to Phi Phi again.

The room was very small with no windows. Like a prison cell. No amenities whatsoever. We left and found a beautiful place with balcony and a huge pool, gym, full restaurant and poolside bar for only slightly more.

Nice room, newly renowated. Good service and very nice staff. There was no window in the room, because there is noise in the area from bars, so to make sure to get a good nights sleep there is no window, but there is one in the bathroom. Would stay here again.

Clean, modern, comfy, no-frills pad. Great for lone travelers or couples who need to crash between their tour and the beach party.

Overall a nice stay. The hotel staff were VERY service minded, they clearly care about their guests. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but it is situated in a very central area. The staff will even give you coupons to eat for free at the all-you-can-eat thai/indian buffet next door, which runs from 11:00 to 14:00 every day. Good food there, the naan bread is a must-try. If you ask in the lobby, the staff will lend you a towel that you can take to the beach. The hotel feels modern, but do note that it is very minimalistic. The rooms are small, even the Superior rooms aren't very big. There is no window to let in daylight, except for a small one in the bathroom. There is effective air conditioning though, and it doesn't turn itself off automatically when you leave the room, ulike a lot of other hotels. The staff supply the rooms with a couple of water bottles every day, but there is sadly no fridge in the room. The sound isolation in the room doors is lacking; you can easily hear people talking as they walk by in the hallway. Overall, it's a great place to stay for people who don't intend to hang out in the room during their holiday. The location is superb, very close to the pier where you will dock with your boat, close to both beaches, all the restaurants and shops. The staff will do everything in their power to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Bien situé, en revanche on a les 2 chambres dans le hall d accueil du coup trop bruyant. Bien pour 1 nuit.

Little property in the most convenient area. Not large rooms or fancy, but clean, quiet and comfortable. Our room had a window in bath bit not bedroom which in a tourist bust area was great for a quiet night sleep.

Muffiger Geruch in den Zimmern, vermutlich Schimmel. sehr Hellhörig

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal super nett. Es war aber sehr hellhörig und es gab kein Fenster im Zimmer. Man bekam statt Frühstück gratis Mittagessen. Die Lage war ausserdem mega! Alles in allem nicht perfekt aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super!

Super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Es ist alles modern und sauber und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit!
