Summer Spring Hotel

広くて静か、場所も便利。 スタッフも親切です。また利用したい候補。バスで行く方はとても良い立地ですし、飲食店に困らなかったです。

夜、周辺がとても静かなのでゆっくり眠れた。部屋には必要最小限のアメニティと湯沸かしポットあり。足りないものは、徒歩1分先のTOPSで揃う。広い部屋のベッドからは、横になりながら海を見ることができた！シャワーのお湯がぬるくて茶色だったのがとても残念。

パタヤ観光の際に一泊しました。 ・立地はSoi1のビーチ近くで静か。 ・近くにコンビニやコーヒーショップもある。 ・スタッフの対応は丁寧。 ・部屋は綺麗でやたらと広くてベランダもある（寝るだけだともったいない）。 ・歯ブラシなどのアメニティーはないので買うか持参が必要。 綺麗で広くて快適ですがアメニティーには注意が必要です。

スイートシービューの部屋に宿泊して、部屋も広くてテラスからパタヤビーチが広がり抜群のコストパフォーマンスでした。 年末のビーチロードに並ぶ屋台を楽しみにしていましたが、今年はないので、かえって騒がしくなくてくつろげました。 夜は、ティファニーやアルカサールなどのニューハーフショーに徒歩で行ける場所です。 また泊まりたいホテルです。

7月に2泊しました。雨季でしたが滞在中は雨は降らず暑かったです。ホテルの場所はソイ1を入ってすぐで周りにはファミマやレストランがありビーチロードにもすぐ出れます。ウォーキングストリートに近くなるに連れて騒がしくなるので、ソイ1あたりのが静かでちょうどよかったです。 ウォーキングストリートまではソンテウに乗ればすぐ行けます。 向かいのホテルの一回にあるマッサージが安くて綺麗でおすすめです。 ホテルの部屋はきれいでしたが、アメニティが充実していなく、ちゃちいシャンプーと石鹸しかないので、歯ブラシセットとシャンプーなどは近くのコンビニで購入する事になりました。 最上階のプールは人が少なく景色も良いので晴れた日にはこちらでのんびりするのもオススメです。 冷蔵庫にある水は1日2本までは無料と書いてありましたが、このホテルのマーク？が入った水以外は有料らしく、知らなくてエビアンやらを飲んだらチェックアウト時に追加料金とられました。滞在の際にはお気をつけ下さい。 ソンテウに乗った際には、ドライバーにホテル名を告げても理解してくれない事が多いので、ソイ1と告げるとホテル近くまで帰れます。

酒店設施殘舊，洒店內沒有任何配套，水壓時大時細，電視機完全不能觀看，洒店房內燈光嚴重不足，只要一外出就房冷氣自動關上導致每次回房都有難聞氣味，房卡竟然係一塊大膠板連鎖匙，實在令人不方便。

Hotellet ligger rigtig godt, men det er lidt slidt over alt, nabo hotellet har deres aircondition anlægget som er meget stort, lige op ad vores hotel, så balkonen kunne ikke bruges overhovedet.

A pleasant and peaceful stay. Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, Convenient location and the beach was just around the corner. The hotel was not too crowded, no group tours , that was nice !

Near to beach and shops Quit and good service

Stayed before. Friendly staff. Rooms looking a bit tired though.Biggest fridge of any hotel I have stayed at. Good for snacks and personal choice of drinks. Close to Central Marina shopping centre. No kettle in the room though. I like to make a cuppa at all hours.Otherwise good.

This hotel has nothing in the area, No shopping, dining or entertainment. The hotel rooms are fitted out with old style bathtubs that you have to climb into. Dangerous for older people. The faucet is even older and didn't work properly. Amenities lacking one a small bar of soap, shampoo and hair net. That was it. I have stayed in the heart of Pattaya in hotels much better than this one for 60% cheaper. The hotel was empty. I found out why. The TV was small and it looked like it was from the 80's much the same as the bathroom fittings. No attention to detail. The shower was left on and it was pointing outside the shower, so a shocking surprise when you reach in to turn on the water. Because of the street noise, I had asked for a higher floor, I was turned down unless I wanted to pay 20% more for a higher floor in an empty hotel. No thought to customer satisfaction only how much they can make. It certainly is not about the customer. I would never stay here again. In fact the area is like a retreat. I have stayed in several hotels in the city center with all the food and entertainment right outside the hotel for 60% less and better-conditioned rooms and amenities. Plus the small narrow street it was on could be viewed by some as dangerous at night.

Sauber, ruhig, sehr nah am Strand. Ich komme immer weiter dorthin

Henkilökunnan kielitaito heikko ja palveluasenteessa on paljon parannettavaa. Huoneen siivous huonoa, oli pyyhittävä pölyt hyllyistä ennen kuin voi laittaa sinne vaatteita. Tasoja, parvekkeen lattiaa tai wc- pönttöä ei siivottu lainkaan, shampoota tai wC-paperia ei tuotu kuin viimeisenä päivänä, kun valitimme asiasta. Kun kolmelle tilasi ruuan vain yhdelle tuotiin aterimet. Ammattitaidotonta hotellin pitoa. Huoneiden avaimet olivat pöydällä kaikkien saatavilla, henkilökunta katseli puhelimiaan eikä aina kukaan ollut avaimia vartioimassa.

For economy accommodations in Pattaya, you cannot really find better. The beach is a block away, there are a dozen different secure Wifi routers to connect to, a stocked mini fridge, a digital safe, a deep tub and shower...the bathroom has granite counter tops, and what might be marble floors. Everything is slightly worn, but I am perfectly pleased and had a extremely comfortable stay. Laundry Services are right outside the door, a couple buildings down, right next to a masseuse, fruit stand. During the day, there are usually a cart outside selling fried chicken and another selling sodas. The hotel also has a restaurant open until the evening. Maid service top notch and friendly.
