Отдыхали семьей с двумя детьми 12 дней. Очень внимательный персонал, чистота, за все время отдыха никаких замечаний. На кухне есть все необходимое. Очень уютная вилла, чувисвовали себя как дома.

地方很整潔、相片跟屋子一樣、wifi信號很強 環境很清幽、如果你喜歡煮東西你會很喜歡它的廚房，因為廚具各樣都很齊全。你不用擔心它所限的60度電，只要不過分使用其實絕對足夠，我們每天大約用45-50度。 唯一的問題是離市區真的很遠，去最近的便利店也要走20-30分鐘，我們租了腳踏車外出大概8分鐘左右，所以你一定要租交通工具才會願意出門。 *不過如果你是度假的話，天天都待在屋裹那這個就不是問題。 The villa itself is very clean and tidy same as the displayed picture, WiFi signal is strong and the environment is peaceful and quiet good for vacation. Kitchen is very equipped for the people who enjoyed cooking it’s a great consideration. Even though it has limited you for 60 units electricity per day, you have nothing to worry since we only used 45-50 units a day for 2 persons. The only inconvenience thing is that the villa is in the centre of the residential area, you must walk for around 20 mins for the nearest convenience store, around 8 mins ride with bicycle. *Overall about the villa is a excellent place for vacation and relaxation with family and friends.

This is very unpleasant experence to stay Thaimond Residence. If you would like to stay, you have to becareful of the followings: 1, You have to signed the "Rules of House" which included you have to clean dishes, plate etc. But the manager will tell you, don't worry, it dosn't matter. 2, There are make up room twice a week, two of workers will come to clean, when you check out, they will come more than 15 persons, and the manager will said, oh..there are too much of trash and plate have to clean, this is not included our service, and will request you to pay 1000-2000 THB to the workers, it means the company can save to pay the cleaning fee for them. Finally, we take all the trash out and clear the dinner table ourself. 3, You will pay extra electricity fee, only cover 60 units a day, we have not use a lot of air con , just turn on when we come back from outside, finally, we paid 1200 THB for a week extra. 4, There are nothing around, you have to rent a car, otherwise, very difficult to go anywhere, or you have to walk more than 30mins to the main road. 5, The box tissue only a few pieces inside, when you request the manager to refill, the answer is, it is free only when check in. Anyway, I have stay in Phuket many times, this is the worst that I been there!

屋子狀態跟看相片一模一樣的，新和乾淨，每個房間都有陽台可以曬衣服，游泳池不太大 但水夠深 適合成年人，位置跟芭東距離半小時 也沒有太遠。

整體住宿可以接受，唯一問題是沒有每天清潔，預訂4晚只有一天打掃(不是主動)! 入住時安排接機服務，當晚要在機場等司機，花了兩個半小時才到達酒店! 最大問題是此房屋沒有酒店管理服務，房間全是雙人床，不能轉變兩張單人床，後來同意加床費用泰幣1500，在到違當天SMS才通知未可安排，要在隔天才可，2星期前確認但是沒有人跟進，非常失望! (最後問題解決了，不過花了很多SMS)
