Worst hotel I jave ever stayed in. I have sent Hotels an email about how poor it was

After viewing the property online through Expedia, it looked great when we arrived and we’re showing our room not so great anymore mould on every window inside and the frames bathroom mould all over the bathtub wouldn’t even bathe the dog in that tub. The grounds were in such disarray. I don’t think they’ve cleaned this place up in 10 years. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I wish I could throw some pictures in here to show. We were told by the hotel after we left the first night that we would get a full refund hasn’t happened not happy never again.

Fint ophold. Værelset var fint. Ikke så pænt opryddet udenfor. Servicen var ikke god - ventede 1,5 time på at tjekke ind (efter kl 14 som var indtjekningstidspunkt)

In some respects it’s a perfect location. Lovely easy walk to a private beach. The bathroom in he bungalow I was in was old and neeeds ripping out and replacing. Through conversation many are the sales. It also states a restaurant, but this must have been closed over a year ago. There is a small roadside diner a 5 min walk away which is good. But you can’t relax with a beer watching the see as I assumed from the Expedia description: It feels the site is a poor reflection of its former glory. I imagine one it was amazing but has maybe changed hands or no longer being run very well. Such a sham as I truly has potential

What you see in the pictures is definitely not what you get. It is disgusting unkept facility. Nobody has taken care of this place for at least 10 years

Nous devions à partir de 15h, nous sommes arriver à 23h, sur les 3 chambres commandées avec vous, 2 n’étaient pas prêtes. Dont une insalubre et qui ne fermaient pas, une autre pas nettoyer et pour finir, nous avions demandé les chambres cotées à cotées et nous étions tous dispatches sur le site. On a mis 2 heures 30 à vouloir nous donner une autre chambre, j’ai du demander à la responsable de bien vouloir venir avec moi, pour qu’elle constate par elle-même, et à ce moment là, elle a vu et décider de nous changer 2 chambres sur le 3. La piscine n’étaient pas prêtes, elle étaient vertes pleines d’algue. Pas 2 piscines mais une piscine avec à proximité un petit bassin une extension de la première, mais rien n’était prêt, sauf ce matin à notre départ, elle était enfin nettoyer. Lendemain, nous constatons que la 3 eme chambre a elle accès au wifi contrairement aux 2 autres, mais la climatisation, ainsi que l’eau chaude ne fonctionne pas. Le surlendemain, toujours pas de clés pour la chambre qu’elle nous avait donné, jusqu’à départ ce jour, mais aussi pas d’eau chaude et pas d’internet. Il fallait aller chercher les femmes de chambres, car sinon notre chambre n’étaient pas nettoyés, et à chaque fois que nous évoquions les problèmes, on nous proposait de les régler le lendemain, ce qui n’était jamais fait. Sans parler de l’accueil déplorable, des fuites du toit dans les chambres jours de pluies, de la salle de bain ou l’eau fuit dès la baignoire et des wc…

Sieht auf den Bilder deutlich besser aus als es ist. Ebenso hatten wir das 2 Tage lang nur kaltes Wasser und einen schmutzigen Pool.

O hotel estava totalmente descuidado , sem funcionários apenas uma gentil e jovem recepcionista quem tambem assumiu o papel de motorista de taxi na hora de eu ir embora... A tv nao funciona . A internet é cortada a noite. O hotel fica longe de tudo..eramos 2 o 3 clientes no maximo. Eu aluguei uma moto na chegada ainda bem. Restaurante fechado também. Carrisimo pra o que é.

Definitely not as advertised. Pictures looked amazing, but once there...Overgrown foliage everywhere, pools not maintained (not sure if individual's responsibility). The access to our unit is an ankle sprain waiting to happen. The stepping stones were hard to walk on, I can't imagine negotiating them at night! The room was ok, but outdated. An odd odour to the room as well. Definitely isolated from some of the shopping & cafes as well. We checked out within 30min of arrival, and got no refund. I definitely do not recommend this property.

The wifi was not working and asked them many times for help but did nothing

The family that runs this is outstanding they made us a couple of family dishes that were not on the menu. Food is amazing! The bay itself is gorgeous. It’s out of town a ways so no shopping. Very spacious rooms with decks, some have pools. It needs some grounds work,but we love our stay. You can take a cab into town. There is also a store across the street that does laundry. Loved it here. You won’t find that care at a big resort. Keep in mind it’s not the Ritz but you’re not paying Ritz prices. Has all you need.

Overall I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Special mention about the friendliness and assistance by Mr. Chalong at the reception desk.

The hotel manager, Air, was super friendly, welcoming and spoke very good English. She helped us arrange further traveling. All the staff were very helpful.

Everything we need was near & beautiful ocean view right in front of our room:)
