Really great value for money. Staff (Specially Soda on the front desk) are great. The bed was so comfy and I got complimentary water and coffee. The TV worked and they also had a hair dryer.

The journey Patong is a dirty terribly mind times uncomfortable place and you should avoid this place. The rooms and bathrooms are filthy, and the mattresses are rock hard, with springs sticking out and it is so uncomfortable. There are mosquitoes buzzing around in the room, the bathrooms are in a filthy state and are disgusting & all of the fittings the tiles and everything are gross. The sheets on the bed were torn, there was not a housekeeping and the place was so bad I didn't stay I'll check that early this place is disgusting and I would not recommend it to anyone There is a fridge and I drag and it's a v in the room. However this is one of the worst-kept hotels I have stayed in and as I mentioned it was so bad I couldn't stay the nights I had booked. The location is hidden up in the back blocks but there is 7-Eleven nearby. The only good thing about this place was the staff with lovey and friendly.

Sauberes Zimmer, Zimmer entsprechen den Fotos, Abends läuft Premierleague in der Lobby, sehr freundlicher Staff im Hotel! Allgemeines: Circa 25min zu Fuss bis Patong Beach, Roller können gleich nebenan gemietet werden, Family Market gleich nebenan. Verbesserungspotential: Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein z.b. mit frischen Früchten statt langweiligem Internationalem Frühstück, im Badezimmer sollten die Fugen wieder einmal mit Hochdruck gereinigt werden, Balkontür mit einer Dichtung versehen um nächtliches klappern zu verhindern. Würde wieder buchen!

Hotel is well decorated. The Manager is very nice and accommodating, I had troubles with my credit card and didn't have access to funds for several days due to mistakes made by Expedia, I had to move from a poorly managed brothel (PT Residence at Patong which is listed as a hotel on Expedia and other sites), so the manager allowed me to check in without security deposit and no payment, this was very kind of him. And the guy who checked me in and out was also very kind. But the guy who worked on the days after my check-in and before my check-out was always drunk and allowed prostitutes in the hotel at night who made noise on 2 occasions during my stay between 3:00a.m-5:00a.m, Also when I reported that I didn't have access to wifi and I saw a notice from the wifi company indicating non-payment for 60 days, hence a disconnection (It was both in Thai and English), this guy was very rude to me but somehow I contacted the manager who fixed it immediately. The cleaner was kind too but may be the cleaner has too much work for so many rooms. She does basic cleaning but the sinks and walls are not cleaned, also the aircon filter has a lot of dust.
