フレンドリーなスタッフさんが多かった。初めてのバンコクで色々トラブルがあったが、ここのホテルのスタッフの方が、対応してくれたり、わからないことを聞けてとても良くしてくれた。お部屋も白がベースで清潔感があったが何よりスタッフのサービスにとても満足できて思い出になった。朝食も美味しかった。

シャワーの水が少し冷たかった。 アメニティは、コンディショナーと歯ブラシもほしかった。 スタッフの対応がとても親切、清潔でホテルのデザインもオシャレでした。 値段にたいして満足です。

メイン道路の前ですので，分かりやすいくて行きやすかったです ただし，朝のラッシュ時に当たると動かない状態となり余裕をもっての行動が必要かなと思います

Hotellet personale er flinke og hjælpsom og go service. Bliver skuffet over at der ingen tagterrasse er og ingen lounge-Bar som hotellet annoncere og der er 1 restaurant som lukker kl 15 om eftermiddagen.

Conveniently located walking distance (or 100 Baht Grab) from Bangkok Hospital. 24-hour 7 Eleven is directly across the street. Even numbered rooms have a view of the roadways in front of the hotel. Odd maundered rooms have a more tranquil view of residences behind the building. Balconies are very small and have room for standing only. There is no hot water available from the sink, only in the shower. Air conditioning worked well, TV is small (27 inches), bed was very hard. There is only one elevator for 8 floors and the cleaning staff also use this elevator. There can be a wait at times. Breakfast options are really good and the mango smoothies are awesome (only 50 Baht). The restaurant closes at 3pm, but there are Grab options available and a restaurant available behind the 7 Eleven. Laundry facilities are about a 5 minute walk away. 24-hour security and front desk personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a refundable deposit required that is returned at check-out. Late check-out is available. Up to 1pm is free, then 100 Baht for every hour after 1pm.

Good but the restaurant does not serve anything beyond Breakfast, even that was plated and not buffet which is sad

Hotel is generally nice. Location is good, the grab will take you to most central locations. The problem was that our neighbor smocked and even though they advertised penalty for smocking they don’t enforce it. We had to change the room after several repeated requests. Also the room is not sound proofed and stuff happens at night.

Good property but very near highway but train station kinda far

It was good overall

The staff where very helpfull and friendy. They repaired my reading glass for me after i has broken them.

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodative. They understand my needs and they happily entertained to my request. They also helped out with getting public transportation for me, and suggested places for me to go and explore during my stay. The room is also clean, spacious and I like the balcony too.

Everything in this place is excellent except the bed is too hard. I was not able to sleep properly.
