On 28, August , the last day of my travelling in Thailand, I stayed in this hotel. This is my first time to stay in this hotel. After getting off the local taxi, I realized that I left my newest iPhone 7 plus on the taxi. I was at a loss for what to do when I lost my mobile phone. I almost gave up to expect my mobile phone return to me.
However, I explained my situation to the hotel staff. They were kindly to have checked the security surveillance camera at the hotel entrance and have found out the car number plate of the taxi. They made a call to several taxi control centers. One of the hotel staff guided me to the local taxi stand where I got on the taxi and try to finf the taxi. One of the hotel staff tried to find out the location of my iPhone by using her own iPhone.
I much appreciated to their behaviors to the hotel guest, in spite of my mobile phone return to me or not.
A few hours later, finally the hotel staff found out the taxi through the taxi control centers and my mobile phone returned to me.
I expressed my deepest gratitude to the hotel staff for their excellent services to the hotel guest.
They answered to me that this is our duty and we are making efforts to satisfy our hotel guests with our services.
Their answer made a profound impression upon me. I would like to inform of this honest and sincere hotel staff to the customers of Expedia.
