ビーチからはやっぱり遠いなと感じますが、カフェや朝食、プールサイドを考慮すると、また利用したいと思います

Could not process credit cards, limited parking, no elevator/insane amount of stairs to carry luggage up to our room, and worst of all they had construction starting before 8am with saws and hammers right outside our room. Had to check out early and just eat the extra cost of a new room

Loved this little hotel, rooms were simple but super clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable after sleeping on what was little more than a board with a sheet at previous hotel! Plenty of pillows provided as well as bath and pool towels. The bathroom was super functional and shower did not wet entire bathroom! Cleaning staff all wonderfully friendly and efficient, Piaw the housekeeper goes above and beyond every day! Nice little balcony with outdoor furniture. This is not a super luxury place but definitely above a budget option. We had problems with super noisy neighbours more than once and the manager moved us because of this. Not the hotels fault, there's no accounting for some people's behaviour. Linda who manages the hotel is super friendly and chatty with heaps of info and very helpful with motorbike hire, where to eat etc. Would stay here again as long as you understand it is not beachfront. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, some are excellent. We hired a bike as we stayed for a month and went to the beach and sight seeing all over Samui.

I was really looking forward to my stay at the Spa Garden Samui but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The staff were very friendly on arrival and provided a smooth check in process. The room was big, bright and clean. There was only one large towel provided, I think at least a hand towel should also be provided and ideally 2 large towels. The first issue I had was that the hotel do not provide an iron due to ‘electricity in the room not supporting irons’. This left me unable to wear many of my clothes that had become creased in my suitcase unless I wanted to pay for their laundry service. I think an iron should be standard at any establishment, this is the first time that I have encountered this issue. The next issue I had was around room security. At the hotel, you need to put the door on latch and then force it closed for the door to be locked when you are leaving. I have not experienced this at any other hotel and as it was not explained to me at check-in, I spent my first 2 days assuming once I shut the door and left it was locked when it was in fact open to anyone who turned the door knob. Detta var ett helt fantastiskt hotell. Det är familjeägd och det är den familjära känslan man fick. Otroligt hjälpsamma och varma människor som driver detta hotell. Skulle vi åka tillbaka till Koh Samui och Lamai så skulle vi utan tvekan boka detta boende igen. Det var ca 10 minuter att gå för att komma till Lamai road och till stranden men det var en trevlig promenad. Precis utanför fanns både Punch It Gym och seven eleven vilket var perfekt. Vill man ha tips på bra matställen hjälper ägarna gärna till, deras tips ledde oss till resans utan tvekan godaste middag! Positivt var även att bilderna var helt enligt verkligheten!

The owner Lknda couldn’t have been more helpful. Her son was also helping. I appreciate the support & learned a lot from them.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Poolanlage ist auch sehr schön gewesen. Die Lage ist gut, man kann den Strand zu Fuß erreichen.

en general el hotel es bonito, aunque el servicio no es muy bueno que digamos. Primero no había agua, luego no había agua caliente. No tenía cortinas la regadera. El personal de servicio cero profesional, ya que se metían a la habitación nomás les abrías la puerta. No hablan inglés, entonces es muy difícil comunicarse. Sin embargo creo que por lo que pagué vale la pena

Nice place, practically a hidden gem. Rooms are basic but big and very clean with safe and fridge. Beds are comfy and it's a solid choice for the price! A scooter is recommended as it's not close to the beach or most restaurants, but if you don't mind that you can't go wrong for the price. Reception staff could be a bit more welcoming and adding a little privacy (such as couple of plants maybe?) between balconies would be a welcome touch. Currently it feels like one big shared balcony.

Hôtel tranquille chambre spacieuse et calme

It's hard to fault such a cheap property for not having the best and greatest amenities but you need to keep in check what you pay for. Overall it's fine, very simple but functional and it's easy to get dinner and walk to the center. The area is safe of course. The beach is about 20mn walk which is fine too. Parking is a bit limited if you have a car but for scooters not a problem. Internet is decent, around 15mbps down and 8mbps up.

Very clean room and staff were very pleasant. The pool was also nice. No complaints. Basic but cost reflected the location (quite a distance from the beach) and the amenities of the resort.

Very comfortable bedding and clean room, with a very basic breakfast. Good value for your money.
