12日間の滞在でしたが、スタッフの対応も非常に良くて、楽しい滞在になりました。 またバンコクに来る際は、こちらを利用したいと思います。

低料金優先の旅行に慣れた人向けのホテル。建物自体かなり古い。Superior Doubleを予約。宿泊した４０４号室の状況は床のウッドタイルは所どころ浮き上がっていた。天井のエアダクトの周りには大きなシミがあった。壁にも所どころ黒い汚れがあった。洗面所の壁の１５センチ角のタイルは３枚剥がれていた。浴槽の天井は剥がれて穴が開いていた。カップルにはお勧め出来ない。部屋は広いがテーブルも椅子も電話も無い。とは言え、格安でプール付きは魅力がある。プールも古く至る所にタイルの剥がれが見られるが、良く掃除され清潔に保たれている。７泊８日滞在したが２日連続でプール掃除しているのを見かけたので毎日やってるのだろう。バルコニーは有るがエアコンの室外機がうるさく熱風を吹き出しているので使えない。

ホテル自体は古く、壊れている箇所もたくさんありますが、値段的なことを考えると部屋もとても広くて快適に過ごせました。 フロントの方は、英語のみでタイ語が話せないようです。 スクンビット通り、BTSのエカマイ、プラカノンから距離はありますが、歩ける範囲です。 8a.m～8.p.m.ですが、ホテルからスクンビット通りまで無料送迎のトゥクトゥクがあり便利です。 スクンビットから入った周辺に屋台がたくさん出ています。 場所は、わかりづらいので下調べをしてから行くことをおすすめします。

朝食でサンドイッチを頼みました。お友達はアメリカンブレークファースト。明らかにサンドイッチは貧相すぎる感じ。 4切れのサンドイッチがさびしく皿に乗っている感じ。 2泊しましたが、普通にすごせませた。 ホテルの徒歩５分くらいに、日本料理屋はみつけられませんでした。ラーメンが食べたかった。。。 タニヤまで15分くらい歩く必要があります。道はまっすぐなのでわかりやすいですが、ちょっと遠いです。 タクシーなら５０Bくらいでしょう。

とにかく 汚い。タオルバスタオルのみ、それがグレーに完全な変色をしており、 シーツ、枕カバーまでがボロボロ。 暑い国で臭いがついた枕やケットはきょうざめする。わたしが、汚れでこてこてテーブルを拭いて、枕も干して何とか到着日はねた。 翌日プールでは苔がはえた手すりと、タイルが至るところ割れ 崩れているので危なくて入れませんでした。

ＢＴＳエカマイ駅から徒歩１０分（早歩き）。道は、知らないとホテルにたどりにくい。事前に調べれば無理ない範囲。旅慣れていない人はＮＧです。タクシーも場所は知らないので、自力で説明する必要あり。ホテルの電話番号をタクシーの運転手に伝えて、ホテルと場所の確認をするのが確実。タイ人は地図が読めない人種なので要注意。ソイ６５で分かるはず。部屋もアジアの安宿を経験している人は問題ない。快適である。人から受けるサービスは期待しない事。海外で何でも自分で対応できる人は、なんら問題ない。

タイ出張で利用。初心者では辿り着くのは、コツが要ります。事前にＧoogle Mapで検索し、ｽﾄﾘｰﾄﾋﾞｭｰで確認すると良いでしょう。メインの通りから枝道に入ります。ＢＴＳエカマイ駅３番出口を大きなスクンビット病院前の歩道をひたすら歩く。セブンイレブン１軒目通過し、２件目のセブンイレブンとマツダディーラーの間のSoi65へ左折する。え！と思うタイローカル雰囲気をかもし出す路地をひたすら道なりに歩いて１０分ぐらい。空港からタクシーでも運転手はこの路地からは、迷いながら行きます。事前にGoogle Mapを印刷して、タイ語のホテル住所と電話番号を準備しましょう。その方が安全です。コミュニケーションが面倒なら、ＢＴＳエカマイ駅から自分で歩く。約１km程度。私の早歩きで１０分ぐらい。私は全然大した事ない距離。毎日、行ったりきたり。ホテル無料送迎ツクツク利用したり。アメニティーは、正直しょぼい。髭剃り、歯ブラシセットは、必ず自分で持参してください。部屋は広く、冷蔵庫も有ります。ＴＶは普通要らないでしょう・・・。有るけどタイ語ですから。エアコンはポンコツですが、利用可能な範囲。ベランダも有ります。プールはそれなりに綺麗で、十分泳げます。食事は、事前に屋台等でテイクアウトして、持ってきた方が良い。フロントは、警備員詰所か？と思うような感じです。夜は、バイトの若い兄ちゃん。簡単な英語は通じる。朝は、おばちゃん英語可。おばちゃんの方が、対応がしっかりしている。タオル交換やクレームはきちんとこなす。門番の太っちょのじいちゃんは、反応も薄く、２４時間勤務体制。ホテルの入り口は、住宅街の中で、非常にほてるらしからぬ門です。ちょっと迷うかも。

一般旅行者には厳しいかもしれません。海外を旅なれて、自力で何でも出来る方には、何の問題も無いホテルです。むしろコスト的にも安く、部屋はリビングと寝室を広い。但し、シャワーの勢いはちょっと物足りない。アメニティー類、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、髭剃りは、必ず持参する事。タオルもバスタオルのみ。石鹸、シャンプーは、装備されているが、連泊の場合、フロントに強めの依頼をしないと交換してくれない。トイレペーパーも同様。ちょっと手間は掛かる。言葉に抵抗無く、積極的な人は問題ない。駅からは路地を暫く１ｋｍ歩く。早足で１０分ぐらいでＢＴＳエカマイ駅。ホテルの無料送迎は、朝７時頃から夜２０時までしか対応してくれない。軽トラ荷台を改造したツクツク。大通り手前までホテルと送迎。プールは意外に綺麗で、利用価値大。

I like tuk tuk free service..Building very old needs renovation. Not good location, hard to walk anywhere.

Preis - Leistung ist sehr gut. Man darf natürlich keinen zu großen Luxus erwarten, aber zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten an der BTS-Station bzw. Busbahnhof. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, kleiner Balkon dabei, Pool ist vorhanden, beim nächsten mal Bankok ist dieses Hotel meine Wahl.

Chambre un peu vieillotte a besoin d'êtres rafraichir. La navette est bien utile pour rejoinfre le BTS.

Bad experience. It is a residence, not a hotel. The building and rooms are old and in bad coondition. Very bad WIFI and the air conditioner worked badly. The staff is nice and kind, however is not enough to compensate for the bad condition of the residence. For that price you can find more confortable places and in much better condition. The only one good thing is that the staff is nice.

I travel quite frequently and have stayed in numerous hotels world wide ranging from 2 stars to 5 stars. In my current trip to Bangkok itself , I changed 4 hotels before arriving at this accommodation. This is no doubt the best bang for buck accommodation that you will get in Bangkok .For the price that is available on Expedia or other hotel booking websites , it offers a lot of real estate. The room itself is big , I would say more than 1.5 times that you would normally get in other hotels at this price . It has a big attached bathroom and a balcony too . Not just that , they also have a functional gym and swimming pool . I say functional as in my experience a lot of sellers list their property as having a gym , but most of the equipment have been broken for ages and not been repaired. The internet(WiFi) in the rooms is excellent .Again , a lot hotels claim free wifi , but doesn't work in rooms or are too slow .Staff is polite and helpful. The only con in this hotel is its location - its a bit interior from the Sukhumvit road -about 10 mins walk and away from city heartthrob. But they do provide a free tuk tuk road ride to the Sukhumvit road and the Ekkamai BST / Gateway malls are just 5 min from there. I don't normally write reviews , but this hotel merits one . I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good value for money getaway in Bangkok.

The air condition in the living area was not working only blowing out hot air. Only one lightbulb in living area, it died the second night but staff came to replace bulb and added another to the other socket. Bedroom door had the lock on the wrong side, so instead of locking from the inside, someone can lock you from the outside living room instead. Bathroom had a bunch of ants crawling everywhere by the sink. Ledge by the sink was tilting so you couldn't put anything on it without having it fall off. Toilet room had mold on the ceiling and toliet sat weird cause it was on the edge of a ledge, felt like your feet is dangling or if you sat on the throne wrong it would of fell over. Shower area had spider webs in the corner. Pool had broken tiles (per sign in the lobby) so didn't even go to the pool. Almost didn't get my 500 baht deposit until I asked for it. Best thing is probably the working elevator and the free tuk tuk service to the main road (8am-8pm)since it is about a 10-15 minutes walk and a 20-25 minutes walk to the BTS.

Utrolig slidt hotel, skabe på badeværelse, var så slide at der manglede træ de var hullede, vasken revnet/afskallet, pool som de reklamerede med, her anbefalede de man passede på, da mange fliser var i stykker, fitnessrum, ubrugelig maskinerne virkede ikke, dårlig netforbindelse, havde vi skullet være der mere end to nætter havde vi fundet noget andet
