staff are friendly and efficient. they gave us good advice on restaurants and helped arrange a field trip. breakfasts well prepared and tasty. nothing to dislike. Pool gets a bit crowded and teens become somewhat raucous but that's life.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, some of the best people you can find, really. So SO friendly and smiling, always ready to do whatever is in their power to make your stay amazing. There are big smiles on everyone you see from customers to staff because they are so good at what they do, if i ever come back to Chiang May there is only one place i will stay. The maitre'd himself is such a big ray of sunshine you cant help but be influenced by his good mood!

A wonderful little gem! All the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was beautiful. We had the plunge pool and the room was incredible!! Only down side not loads of room for clothes and internet could be hot or miss, but I can assure you the positives outweigh the little negatives! Highly recommend!

Everything was superb

Front entrance is small tucked between two buildings so very unassuming. The property is very quaint, clean, and quiet despite being along a busy road. Convenient to walk through old city. Breakfast was delicious and staff was very nice. Highly recommend.

Thee Vijit Lanna We had a good stay at this beautiful hotel! The check-in process was seamless, complete with welcome drinks. The staff were polite and accommodating, and the hotel lobby, restaurant, pool area, and sitting areas were all stunning. The hotel's location is also convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was Instagram-worthy, with a comfortable bed, large shower, huge tub and outdoor plunge pool. We appreciated the in-room coffee and tea, as well as the room safe and fridge. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The room was lacking in storage space, with only a few hangers, no drawers and no flat space to lay open a suitcase. There was also no luggage rack, making it a hassle to access clothing quickly. Additionally, we had a few disruptions during our stay. Both nights, we were abruptly woken by a screaming alarm. We also experienced some noise from neighboring rooms. The earplugs provided in the room came in handy. Overall, this is a very lovely hotel with a lot to offer, but a few areas for improvement.

Im glad we found this fantastic property in the best area within walking distance to Old walled city, the river, and temples.

Almost nothing negative. No sidewalk by hotel so crossing street can be an adventure

The room was very comfortable and staff were eager to help you. Especially useful to have the front desk order your transportation a d set up your tours if you haven’t scheduled them yourself.

Our favourite hotel in Thailand! Couldn’t fault it - beautiful bedrooms, relaxing pool, friendly staff, yummy breakfast!

I enjoyed my stay at this boutique hotel. It was spotless clean, and the rooms are spacious and value for money. Quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was VERY cold (but not complaining). The bathroom was spacious, clean, hot water and water pressure was very good. Proper amenities provided, but it would have been nice if body moisturizer was provided as well, had to go out and buy some. Good walking distance to local food, bars and Old Town. Near 7-Eleven. Easy to get a Grab car to go to further locations. The staff were very helpful and polite.
