ホテルのロケイションと宿泊者のコメントを読んで決めました。　ロケーションは最高！！Twin Bayの 名前通り部屋から両方の海が見える！　フロントもBungalowも建て方が自然でいい感じ！　スタッフも 感じがいいし、満足しました！　次回又、泊まりたいと思います。　そして友人にも勧めたいと思っています。　宿泊代もリーズナブルでした。

Underbart. Allt från rum, till läge, till personal, frukost underbart!

Väldigt trevlig personal. Fin pool. Bra tillgång till solbäddar både havet och pool/ Bra tillgång till skugga. Väldigt bra generellt.

We stayed for 10days in a seafront bungalow. Great location good room and superfreindly staff. This was in low season and the resort was renovating some huts and the restaurant. This did not affect our stay much. We had a great relaxing stay. Thansk to the staff for the best beachfront vacation in Thailand.

Agréable séjour malgré un petit soucis vite réparé : la télévision ne fonctionnait pas sur la TV gratuite (live TV) uniquement sur les chaînes payantes J'ai dit que je ne voulais pas payer et que j'avais droit à une télévision comprise dans le prix Un technicien est passé et a reconnecté les chaînes et un câble soit disant inopérant. Les rideaux ne sont pas occultants donc réveillés de bonne heure et la climatisation bruyante. Dans les bungalows "de luxe" sur la plage vous avez un douche et une baignoire. Pas de chaussons ni de peignoir. Sur la terrasse 2 transats. Celle -ci n'est pas nettoyée correctement et aurait besoin d'être frottée pour retirer ce "noir". Ainsi que les coussins des transats : ne pas les retourner ils sont très sales ! Un rideau avait encore la trace d'un moustique écrasé. C'est la raison pour laquelle je ne mettrai pas une bonne note sur la propreté. Personnel très aimable et arrangeant à l'accueil. L'hôtel donne directement sur la plage. La mer à cette endroit n'est pas très profonde. La situation n'est pas excellente pour sortir à pieds. Piscine très agréable avec vue sur la mer, jacuzzi et transats ombragés. Petit déjeuner un peu léger en choix.

Amazing service, very clean hotel. It was our favorite hotel from our Thailand trip (we had 7 other hotels!). The staff are super friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble.

Ett fantastiskt Hotel direkt vid stranden med en otroligt underbar personal både i receptionen, restaurangen & bar samt inte minst vår städerska som var helt underbart hjälpsam utöver att hon städade o fixade vårt rum så fint med elefanter och andra läckra figurer med handdukarna

Fantastisk frukost och mat. Otroligt läge i tyst område. Enda jag hade svårt med är att sängen var hård men det är ju personlig preferens och vanligt i Thailand.

Fantastiskt boende direkt på stranden. Underbar personal och service. Fint rum och bra städning. Bra och vällagad mat i restaurangen. De gjorde frukostlådor till oss sista morgonen att ta med och äta i taxin på vägen till flygplatsen. Får 5 av 5 av vår familj.

The only thing bad about the experience was the extortionate, mandatory New Year’s dinner. For 3000 baht ($85) - one whole extra night’s stay! - the food should have been very special. It was only all the normal things from the menu, served buffet style, and no alcohol included! The hotel informed us that if we did not agree to pay this exorbitant fee, they could cancel our reservation at any time. My mother in law is elderly and does not eat very much, so to charge $85 for a salad and some shrimp just to insure the reservation seems ludicrous. She otherwise enjoyed the grounds and the staff were lovely. It was just this terribly overpriced meal extortion that left a bad taste in the mouth. In conclusion: yes, we recommend staying there, as long as it isn’t during a major holiday!

Rigtig fint hotel. Sødt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Ligger i den ene ende af stranden. Lidt langt til Klong Dao “by”, med et lille barn, men ellers god placering

Pictures are grest. Reality is different. My recommendation to hotels. Dont open the door unless you are READY for season. Construction work outside our door at 7.30am sunday morning is not acceptable unless informed in advance. Pool tiles are peeling of. Beds are hard. AirCon (in our bungalow 112) very loud.

This was a hidden gem. The property is right on the beach. Even cabins that are not "beach front" it is just a short walk, 10 steps off the pool, and you are on the beach. My teenagers only complaint was "The breakfast Buffett was not enough." My wife and I felt there was plenty of food. They had omelets or eggs cooked to order, cereal, fruit, Thai food, toast, juice, coffee,tea, yogurt, and salad. The resort is on the top of Ko Lanta where it is more quiet. A short walk down the beac will lead to more busy area with convince stores, restaurants that sever Thai, American, and European food. Overall a great place to be that is quiet and very relaxing. Staff was excellent and service was perfect.

We had a problem with our AC and they were quick to help get that resolved. We enjoyed our stay. Our family loved it and would come back. There are not many "things" to do at the hotel. Which for our family with older kids was perfect. We played volleyball on the beach, played football on the beach, and rented scooters to visit other areas around the island. Perfect quiet location to just relax

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was dirty & uninviting. The place was fine but we weren’t wowed.
