*- Check-in Instructions* There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in. Please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. This property accepts cash only for all onsite purchases, including incidentals. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. *- Hotel Policy* 1. Please strictly obey the projects’ rules and regulations, such as notmaking loud noise, wearing swimsuit at the pool, and no pets allowed. 2. If the number of guests is more than that registered, Favstay shall have the right to collect a penalty of 1,000 Baht for each extra person on site. 3. Please do not move furniture and other room items. 4. Before checking-out, please take your garbage out to the garbage disposal. 5. Before checking-out, please turn off the lights and the water, and lock the door before returning the key to the property. 6. Before checking-out, please wash the kitchen utensils and cookware, and put them back where they were. 7. Should no damage occur to the property, the deposit will be refunded no later than 7 days from the check-out date.

Please note that this property is not a hotel but it is a private apartment and this property is managed by Favstay. Favstay will contact you to provide the instruction of how to pick up a key and process to check in. You can pick up the key at Bellugg counter in Suvarnabhumi Airport at 8.30 am. until 11.30 pm. or at Left Baggage (Bellugg) in Don Muang Airport for 24 hours.
