荒謬！退房時被罰1000港幣，原因是桌子掉漆，但此情況是在我們入住前發生，因為損壞的形狀跟房子裏原有的擺設是一樣的，他們說之前來自韓國的男生也有同樣問題在另一桌子也比罰5000泰銖。房子很多蚊，比市區還多，而且屋內很多蚊子屍體，入住前沒有打掃乾淨。而且他們說可以提供一日清潔服務，但到我們七天的旅程完結都並沒有提供清潔服務。而且有一天在沒有通知的情況下有陌生人到泳池掃，雖然不用在正門進入，因為泳池可以從側門進入，但我們都受到驚嚇，他們說泳池有暖水提供，但並沒有。在入住時他們用了30分鐘跟我們說規矩，我們七天內到依足規矩，結果他們都要罰我們1000港幣並且問題不在於我們的責任。這次是我最差的往屋經驗 ，絕對不會推薦給其他人入往，以防受騙！ Ridiculous! Amazing property!! Definitely a must stay if your looking for an affordable and spacious villa. The technology integrated throughout the villa was perfect too. Only regret was going on tours when it would have been nicer to stay here longer! Also, Siam Supper Club restaurant in Laguna gave us free rides to and from the villa when we are there.
