Waldorf Astoria Bangkok

It was great experience staying with you. Stayed there for my mother’s birthday trip. Everybody was really nice and they celebrated my mom‘s birthday with the warm heart. It was really impressive. I appreciate for your genuine support.

最寄りの駅からは少し歩きますが、ホテルが並んでいる場所で治安は良いと思います。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで初めてのバンコクでも安心できる滞在でした。

初めて泊まりました。最上階のお部屋にしていただき景色もとても綺麗でお部屋も素晴らしかったです。アメニティも豪華でまた泊まりたいホテルです。

アメニティが少なかった。

A long lane for just breakfast was a struggle. Check in was smooth but staff did not say a word of welcome.

プールや56階のバーや部屋の清潔度、どれをとっても素晴らしく、スタッフ達もフレンドリーでとても気持ちの良い滞在になりました。バンコクにある数多くのホテルの中で1番好きなホテルです。ハイシーズンは人が多いのでローシーズンの時期がお勧めです。またショッピングエリアへは徒歩圏内にデパート類もあり、BTSや近隣を繋ぐsky walkもあるのでとても便利です。初めてのご旅行の方でも不備なく快適に過ごせると思います。

立地が便利。気持ち良く過ごせた。

Things I liked: 1) Facilities and the building was amazing. I stayed in the deluxe king suite for 7 days and the room was very spacious and things like bathtub, bed, and sofa were very luxurious and comfortable. Bathroom was my favorite!! 2) Breakfast: very clean and delicious 3) Personal assistant : very helpful and prompt in timing. 4) housekeeping: very fast and efficient. 5) Telephone operators: Very friendly, always cheerful and prompt. 6) Facility maintenance people: Always smiling to greet customers. Need improvement: 1) In room dining : very limited menu and few western choices. Quality was good but taste was just satisfactory. 2) Needs more shops and restaurants: Limited choice of restaurants and no convenience store or drug store. Moreover if there was bakery or some place that may offer take away food/sweet, it would been better. It was bit annoying to always going to Grand Hyatt to purchase things. 3) Lower Lobby : Concierge and bell desk are bit helpful and friendly but not too the standard of “six star”. Seemed manager always standing around the lobby and people paying attention to him rather than the customers was not comfortable. There seemed a bit of pressure as the employees seemed to always being watched. Overall:The experience at WAB was good but not great. May choose to stay again but not really first choice for now. I would want to wait for awhile for the people at the hotel to gain more experience.

I can not find any problems. That's because everything is perfect. Only the person who stayed can understand. I will stay again.

ゲストを宿泊させるべきではないコンディションの部屋に通された。 最終的には部屋を変えてくれたが、バンコクでは高額なホテルなのでとても残念な体験であった。 もともと高層のホテルではないが、プールやフロントが1番景観が良く、低層階の客室でしかも競馬場側でなければ、窓から見える景色が隣接する建物の裏側や駐車場とは高級ホテルとはいえないほど最低である。 接客は大変良かったし、朝食も美味しかった。 もし宿泊するのであれば高額なランクの部屋だといいかも知れないが、そこまで高額な金額を出すのであれば他のホテルを選ぶ可能性が高い。

By far the best hotel I stayed at in my time in Asia the staff was amazing the pool and resteraunts are first class great venue

My stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every detail from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate cleanliness ,reflected true five star accommodation . Dining was another highlight each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the seamless check-in/out process and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Definitely will come back to this fantastic Hotel .

Outstanding hotel, great restaurants, friendly staff. The elevator situation is a little confusing but everything else is incredible
