The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Pool was clean. The only complaint would be the charging of a cleaning fee, 200 bht per day, at check in, whether you wish your room to be cleaned every day or not. Also the hotel is a little way from any sort of attractions. Breakfast is very bland and limited.

Great little spot with everything we needed for just a night in Samui. Free breakfast was bland so we went out to eat nearby. Otherwise great spot!

Otel konum olarak Chaweng plajına uzak. Motor ya da taksi kullanmanız gerekir. Otel ücreti dışında günlük 200 baht temizlik ücreti alınmasına rağmen 4 gün boyunca çarşaflar değiştirilmedi. Temizlik yüzeyseldi. Buna itiraz ettiğimizde otel yötenicisinin tutumu çok kabaydı.kahvaltı basitti. Beklimizin çok altında bir deneyim yaşadık.

Chambres spacieuses et propres. Le ménage est quotidien et très bien fait. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. Allez y les yeux fermés. Le wifi est un peu faible c est e seul inconvénient Nous y retourneront

Hotel was ok didn’t have any hot water till last two days of the holiday I don’t think I would return back to this hotel

Can't fault this condo at all, Had an issue with the shower and after a few hours they moved me to another room. Rooms very spacious and bright. Will be going back in April this year without a doubt. Staff are friendly and speak good English. One thing I recommend is you put anti bacteria spray and tissue in the fitness room for the equipment to be cleaned by the user after use.

Great place, specially for the price, good location, complete kitchen, clean an comfortable. The pool is nice, the staff is very nice, but there is no reception. The shower is very good, it only takes a little time to warm, but other than that is one of the best showers I've used in thailand. The location is a good " not too close, not too far" so I highly recommend renting an motorcycle or a car, because the taxis in koh samui costs at least 400 bath the way. The breakfast is really good also.

Adequate hotel and met my requirements. Not sure about the 200 baht per day cleaning charge ?

Altaita oli kaksi joista toinen hyvässä kunnossa, mutta toisessa vesi likainen ja allas vähän limaisen näköinen. Hotelli oli siisti, mutta kaukana kaikesta. Hotellilla ei ole ravintolaa/baaria, lähimpänä on 7 eleven jonne noin 500m matkaa (jossa ei muuten myydä alkoholia tai tupakkaa). Siivouksesta piti maksaa 200bth/yö, mutta esim. lakanoita ei vaihdettu 3 yön aikana. Huone lakaistiin ja tuotiin lisää vettä. Aamupala oli vähän enemmän kuin kahvia ja paahtoleipää, mikä oli positiivinen yllätys. Aamupala tilana toimi yksi huoneista. Ilmainen kuljetus rannalle oli vain rannalle päin ei edes takaisin. Sauna on koko hotellin yhteinen eli ei kannata ajatella että huoneessa olisi omaa, vaikka sen käsityksen saattaa saadakin. Hintalaatu-suhde ihan ok. Kyseessä ei siis ole mikään "sviitti" mutta hyvä tilava huoneisto hintaan verrattuna.

Pros: very nice large rooms, comfortable beds, great air con. Helpful when booking a tour. Clean pool area and rooms Cons: 200baht cleaning fee is compulsory per night but room was only cleaned twice out of 5 nights! There is no wi fi in the room as stated! Breakfast starts at 8am which is pretty late if you have a tour booked and also not enough room for number of people staying at the property! In the middle of nowhere have to walk 15minutes to get to a local 7 eleven or even just to get a taxi. Free shuttle bus is only TO the beach at 9am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm, but you also have to ensure to book it. No return shuttle offered (taxis pretty cheap 200baht back)

scomodo se si vuole andare in spiaggia....dovete aspettare il pulmino dell' hotel che vi porta 3 volte al giorno appunto alla spiaggia...oppure consigliatissimo il taxi che si trova appena fuori con pochi euro vi porta dove volete ed è molto gentile.

Disappointing that you are charged cleaning fee 200 baht per day upon arrival even if your room is not cleaned everyday. Cleaning fee should be added within the booking price so customers don’t have to worry about paying extra

Had a little trouble with the water temperature staying consistent, otherwise this is the best hotel we have stayed at in this price range. It was super clean, spacious and the breakfast was great. Also, the hotel offers a super affordable and hassle free scooter rental service that makes getting around and exploring the island a breeze.
