スタッフがとても優しく親切でした。 対応がよかったです。 プライベートプールが木の実や葉っぱでよごれて それを毎日掃除してくれたり、質問に対する対応が丁寧でした。 友達の誕生日パーティーをした時も、 協力してくれて、楽しいパーティになりました。 ありがとう 朝食のメニューがもう少し温かいものだと 嬉しかった 排水溝の流れが悪いのと、お湯から水によくなったのでシャワーが不満だった。 ベットメーキングも綺麗で、タオルで象や鳥を作って喜ばせてくれた。 海も近いし、隣の海の音聞きながらタイマッサージも近いので、ここはおすすめです

ラマイビーチの外れに位置するこのホテルは、夜遊びに行くのにはいいかもしれませんが、お部屋に付いているプールも、ホテルのプールも少しがっかりするものでした。眺めが良いわけでもなく、あまり特徴のないホテルでした

・早朝着、夜発の便のため、アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトに柔軟に対応いただき大変助かりました。 ・部屋は広くて快適です。アメニティも収納も十分でした。プール清掃用の網が部屋にあるので、葉っぱ等の汚れは自分で清掃でき、便利でした。 ・日曜ナイトマーケットのほか、近所の屋台街、市場、コンビニ、大型スーパー、レストランなどに徒歩10分以内で行けるので、本当に便利です。待ち歩きにトイレの心配をせずにすみます。 ・ホテル内のイルミネーションは、写真で見るよりはるかに素敵でした。

Lovely night stay here, we even got an upgrade! The pool was lovely as was the laidback feel of the hotel.

On the beach, you can see the ocean from your window where we stayed. Nice private "pool" (more of a tank, but still very nice). A bit noisy at the early evening hours, but quiet after that. Perfect for relaxing. Many restaurants and coffee shops around.

Loves – the location, the private pool on our deck, the bed, room size, most of the staff, the lushness of the property. Misses – the cleanliness (stains all over the "couch" cushions, which was just patio furniture), the piles of sand or eggs we kept finding every day in our room, the misinformation from staff about breakfast, the condition.

Good location, right at the start of the beach. Very good restaurant called nana tam 5 min walk. 7eleven up the road. Lamai night market with loads of food options and a very good bar at the bottom with a very entertaining live band every night. Swimming pool was nice, bar was expensive for drinks and food. The shared jacuzzi and tv in the room did not work but as we did not use them we just let the receptionist know on the way out. The beach that looks connected to the resort looked like a rubbish dump but that could have been due to the heavy rains before we arrived. Overall a nice place to stay.

This place was only okay. There were windows in the bathroom, lavatory, and shower that were low set with no ability to cover them and a clear view from the outside in. The area was under construction which was not disclosed prior to arriving. The private pool was not filtering so it was just standing water (it looked like some of the other guests’ pools worked, though). We were roomed in an adjoining suite that we did not have access to or key for and found out on the second day that it had been left completely unlocked by the staff (we could not lock it ourselves because it was a deadbolt). The area around the hotel did not match the pictures in the listing. The staff was nice which was their best quality. Overall it’s not the worst but definitely not what we were expecting.

Property felt like it was too under construction, pool couldn’t be used due to the drilling. Half of the pool bar decking was missing

Do not stay here!!!! Go on google and look at all guests photos EVERY SINGLE ONE is what I arrived to and sadly all other guests too! It’s Dirty and unkept! Do not waste your money! this was suppose to be my honeymoon and I haven’t been refunded and the hotel won’t do anything.. I’ve had to pay for another villa just to get out of there .. after everything we faced No apology from staff… they wasn’t even slightly embarrassed at the condition of this place..: this is what we was expected to stay in!!!! ▪️urine round the toilet from previous guest ▪️ unwashed cups as lipstick was still on cups from the previous guest ▪️dirty floors unwashed unclean again stains from previous guest, sand all over the floor.. ▪️dirty bedsheets ▪️leaking fridge ▪️unfiltered swimming pool .. YUK! ▪️no privacy or security of the room as the doors don’t lock ▪️dirty sofas full of stains so bad we didn’t want to even sit on them ▪️dirty mirrors and windows on doors … thick with dust and smears that you could barely see through them! ▪️unkept and not clean decking area ▪️dangerous amenities had to boil kettle on the floor that leaked dangerous boiling water ▪️room right next to bar with no seclusion not private at all which isn’t stated!! Awful place! Awful staff

Vårt lille basseng var fullt av løv og fugleskit, rengjøringen var så som så og rommet vårt luktet rått, gode senger stille og rolig, men vi ble litt skuffet denne gangen, men for et pr siden da vi bodde der var vi super fornøyd

Pool had too much chlorine in it and wasn't kept clean

The staff were amazing and the location to restaurants and the beach was right there. The only thing that let the property down was it really need some post COVID updating

Lovely place to stay with Lamai restaurants and night life just a 5min walk away. The resort doesnt have its own sunbeds on the beach which is the only minor negative comment.
