世界中で最も不愉快なホテル

二泊の滞在でしたが、一泊目　24時までバンド演奏が響き渡ってうるさかったうえ、そのうえ若者たちの騒ぎ声が三時ぐらいまで響いていて眠れませんでした。二日目はバンド演奏こそなかったものの、やはり深夜の騒ぎ声が響いていて落ち着きません。町がクルーズ船の客たちがいなくなり、日も沈み始めるとひっそりするので、騒ぎたい人がここに集まるのかもしれませんが、大迷惑です。二度と泊まりません。 　チェックアウトの時にもらったレシートにサービル料という名目で二日分もしっかりお金を取られているが、何を一体サービスしていたのかと文句を言いたい。朝食込と言ってもパンとゆで卵、オレンジジュース・コーヒーとオレンジ・チーズと　しょっぱすぎる脂っぽいウインナー(?)ぐらいですから楽しむという感じではない。

メイン通りへのアクセスは近く便利。しかし、夕方以降はゴーストダウンかと思うほど人通りは少ない。というか人はいない。 設備は値段相応で、リゾート気分を味わいたい方はパラダイスアイランド側に泊まったほうが良いです。シャワーの水が何故か塩っぽい。。。朝食は期待しないほうが良いです。

値段の割にはロケーションもよく、そこそこ満足できるホテルである。

Very convenient location with polite staff.

Staff was friendly. But room was not clean. Hair was in the bathtub, and but was crawling on the bed sheet when I turned it down to go to sleep. No shampoo or tissues in the room.

Good location But the hotel can use a major upgrade And the breakfast was not appealing at all, and the location is near the steps thats not healthy

Everyone was so nice and helpful

Staff was so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. Food/Drinks at the bar/ restaurant were delicious and affordable. I was in the junior suite which included a microwave and refrigerator. Loved that. One down side water takes forever to get hot (I was there in winter) but I had friends have the same issues at their hotels so it could be the area.

Breakfast could be varied, Staff didn't follow up on things that we complained about

The front desk staff were very nice and super helpful. Room was good, everything clean and in order. Room staff attended to the room each day, except days when I said they didn't need to bother. I would stay here again.

I cannot believe this place is allowed to serve food! Highly unsanitary! The entire place is dirty, old and neglected. I do not recommend this place at all! Once I checked in, I was there for 10 minutes and checked out - no refund!

I recently stayed at the Towne Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent—it is close to downtown, within walking distance to Bay Street, and about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The swimming pool was clean, and we appreciated that beach towels were available upon request. Inside the room, the A/C was quiet, the towels were in good condition, and the daily housekeeping was consistent. However, the property has some maintenance and service issues. The room felt neglected: the balcony door was difficult to lock, the bathroom had neither a lock nor an exhaust fan (causing unpleasant smells to linger), and there were no hooks to hang anything. The bed had an "oval" dip in the middle, and it frequently slipped off the side rail. Noise is also a factor here; you can hear the "whistle" sound of the doorbell inside the room, as well as neighbours slamming doors that require force to close. Breakfast experience. We found plates with visible food stains. Additionally, the service on Sunday morning was uncomfortable; the cook was openly whispering to others and eyeing us for taking "too much from the breakfast area," which felt unprofessional.

We booked this hotel due to its location. Property was close to almost everything, it's right in the middle of downtown and is walking distance to all spots a tourist would want to go see in Nassau. We saw Junkanoo festival, went back to room once we were done watching with no hassle. One thing to note is it will get very loud on the holidays because you are in downtown. Loud music and city life woke us up between 5am-6am. Great stay overall.

Its exactly what it is...its an older hotel in a great location. A lot of Bahamian Kitsch and great customer service. Clean, well priced, not fancy. Locals stay here.
