仕事での滞在のためあまり参考にはならないかも知れません。周辺にいくつかおいしいレストランもあり、休暇をのんびり過ごすのには良いと思います。

Great ambience and scenic beach. Swimming was amazing too. Good food variety. However, they need to genuinely improve conditions of the rooms. Dusty and washrooms were not great. The lawns were not mowed and appeared bushy with insects. Reception also needs to do better and be more professionally organized.

Loved the hotel staff are brilliant and rooms are always nice but the major issue is the street outside hotel ..the hassle you get trying to walk down the road is like nothing I have experienced before ..many other guests say they same ..that put us off the hotel for our trip next time..but apart from that a amazing hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Kombo Beach Resort! The views are absolutely stunning, waking up to the ocean just steps away was such a dream. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks for offering to extend our checkout time when our flight got delayed. The food does take a little while to come out, but it's totally worth the wait. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. Breakfast was a standout too, different options to start the day right. Overall, a lovely and relaxing spot. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting The Gambia!

Had an EXCELLENT stay at resort. Staff professional and friendly. Wifi strong and reliable. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable and tasty 😋 Ocean view room was nice and comfy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would come back again. Some things could be improved like getting clean towels more regularly, having the traditional food available everyday, and making the beach a little more private but other than that I have no real complaints.

Vi ankom trætte efter en lang flyvetur, men hotellet kunne ikke finde vores betaling. Efter fremvisning af kvittering fik vi anvist vores familieværelse – desværre uden at kunne komme ind. Flere forsøg og nøgleskift hjalp ikke, så vi fik et andet værelse for natten. Næste morgen blev vi bedt om at møde i receptionen, men der var ingen afklaring. Først ved frokosttid opdagede vi, at håndværkere arbejdede på døren. Da vi endelig pakkede vores ting sammen, fik vi at vide, at vi skulle have et helt andet værelse. Det var fint, men badeværelset lugtede af kloak. Hotellet kunne ikke løse det og gav os skyllemiddel til at hælde i afløbet. Da vi blev syge, købte vi all inclusive for at blive på hotellet. Morgenmaden var fin, men resten af maden var af lav kvalitet – ofte halvfærdige retter og kolde snacks serveret i blæst. All inclusive omfattede lokale sodavand, men flaskevand kostede ekstra. Vores værelse lå på den anden side af vejen, hvor der var vagter, men vi så dem sjældent. Personalet var venligt, men ledelsen manglede serviceforståelse. Gambia er et spændende land, men hotellet lever ikke op til prisen. Servicen og standarden var skuffende, og vi kan desværre ikke anbefale Kombo Beach Resort.

Unfortunately I did not get the opportunity stay at Kombo Beach Resort. I revieved a whatsapp meesage 2 days prior to travelling there for my Christmas family holiday informing me that due to new furniture being delivered to C block (where I would have being staying) I and a few other guests due to stay unfortunately have to be relocated to another hotel. My allocated hotel was Ocean Bay. I would fully reccommend it. The staff were extremely friendly and polite. I could not fault the service recieved. I will definately be returing to Ocean Bay next year. I've now been put off staying at Kombo Beach due to my bad experiance.

The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. The staff are also super friendly and helpful and just want you to have the best possible stay. The management however were not as friendly and seemed to just walk around the resort only saying hello and speaking to people who were “deluxe” guests. The only problem we had was they originally booked us down as B&B when we had paid for all inclusive so we had an embarrassing confrontation with the bar staff when they told us we couldn’t have drinks or lunch !! But this was very quickly rectified luckily.

Customer service representative were rude and aggressive, I couldn’t sleep overnight because too many noise next door, I complained several times before the address the issue. Cleaners woke me up at 9am, they opened my door while I was undressed. Very unprofessional staffs.

It was a beautiful area very relaxing. I enjoyed having the cats, dogs, and lizards as part of our stay. We had a mix up at check in and so it started out a little hectic and there was a power issue so that limited things otherwise it was well worth it

Staff were wonderful, rooms comfortable and lovely shower. Room was spotless thanks to Awa S, who was so gentle and kind, and had a lovely conversation with everyday. A real credit it to the hotel. Food could be slightly better as limited choice but is decent. Beach and pool were fab

Er stond op de website nergens vermeld dat de accommodatie maar gedeeltelijk werd gerenoveerd. Alle foto's zijn van de vernieuwde gebouwen. Spijtig genoeg kregen wij een kamer in het niet gerenoveerde gedeelde, maar betaalden dezelfde prijs als voor een grotere kamer in het gedeelte dat wel gerenoveerd was. Aan de receptie konden ze ons één nacht geven in een nieuwe kamer, maar moesten we de rest van ons verblijf in de oude kamer blijven. We hebben dit niet gedaan, om een verhuis voor één nacht te vermijden. Zeer teleurstellend, want normaal gezien doen we geen luxe resorts, maar wilden we de kinderen dit voor een keer wel gunnen voor de laatste nachten van ons verblijf in Gambia.

Ny istandsat ældre hotel, med en masse byggesjusk. Manglende finish overalt. Mit barnebarn har glutenallergi, og det anede de intet om, så hun fin nærmest ikke noget at spise, dét virkede som om det var ufaglært personale. Jeg bryder mig ikke om den slags buffet, hvor alle rodet og rager. Receptions personalet var også uprofessionelle, vi ville gerne ha 2 kort til værelset, de forsøgte flere gange, men det lykkedes ikke😟 Jeg havde forventet mig mere af et nyrenoveret hotel.
