This was my first time staying at the Double Tree in Amman Jordan. First thing I want to say is wow, what a great team that was, I been retired for Eight years and I travel all over the world and I know what a VIP Service is. Double Tree by far exceeded my expectations, and now I am a Customer for live. 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, and efficiency. I would like to thank the doorman with the great smile, the security personal for their constancy, the house keeping staff ( Zaid ) for making sure our 2 bedroom unit with the most beautiful view of Amman spotless and always having a smile on his face and lastly the reception staff including management for the quick checking , quick check out and making sure my family and I are welcomed and spoiling us and my little nieces with there delicious warm Cookies. I am so proud of all of you. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mr. Monther from the housekeeping very kind, the security at the main gate very strict and bad , I stayed about 10 days, all of the security know me , the last day I had problem with the man at the door. I recommend the hotel the area Abdon very safe and rich house around, diplomatic area.

Hotel is clean and very nice!! Location is near Taj Mal where there is a food court with many options for good food and shopping. For some reason, my check-in was slightly delayed. The front desk agent apologized for the delay. The only negative review would be for the absurdly expensive car service the hotel offers, about 5x the rate of a cab or an Uber. Overall, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Excellent service and food! location is outstanding close to everything in a very upscale area. Gold gym is your gym in this hotel 2 delicious restaurants, market, pharmacy, and barber shop are feet steps away. The staff were so professional and helpful security 24 hours! Very clean rooms our view was spectacular!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y sus instalaciones están en óptimo estado pero el servicio de su personal no son amables y el servicio de comida a la habitación no me gustó los platos son costosos y de mala calidad no recomiendo usar ese servicio

Doubletree hotel est vraiment parfait pour séjourner à Amman les chambres sont spacieuses très propres bien décorées et sentent très bon. Il n'y a rien autour mais vous pouvez facilement vous déplacer avec Uber ou Careem vers tous les sites touristiques. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel on a adoré leur gentillesse et hospitalité.

I had to change hotels because they had an opening for a restaurant and played loud booming music that shook the hotel room walls. They were unapologetic about it and said it would go on for another night. And then they were doing construction at midnight. They was no consideration for how this could all impact their customers who were staying at the hotel.
