旧市街に近く便利、キッチンがあり自炊できる。

4泊しました。部屋は広くて、電気ケトルもあり、良かったですが、２つ大きな問題がありました。テレビがすぐ映らなくなり、何度も直してもらいましたが、すぐに見られなくなり、最後は諦めました。現地の音楽テレビを見るのが楽しみだったのでガッカリです。最終日の夜は隣のバーから爆音の音楽が流れ、部屋が隣接で落ち着きませんでした。

They need to update the sofas... It's located in great area but they should update their facility. The cleanliness is a issue as well. The shampoo bottles seems to be re-used and its lid part has long-used mineral on it... The breakfast was terrible. There are many better hotels in other area so I wouldn't stay here again.

ロケーションがよい。 1stサークルから延びるレインボーストリートの奥の方にあります。 ダウンタウンへも坂道と階段を下ればすぐです。

ダウンタウンまで徒歩圏（坂がありますが）です。周囲に飲食店や商店が多く便利です。部屋の設備、清潔さなどもまったく問題ありません。スタッフも親切でした。 朝食は、イマイチおいしくなかったです（一通りのものはあり、営業時間が長めなのはよかったです）。 隣のパブ（？）が24:00くらいまで大音量で音楽を流すので、部屋によってはうるさい可能性があります。

レインボーst.というおしゃれな通りで、レストランや土産物店があり、ダウンタウンも近いので便利。ただ丘の上にあるため、歩いての移動は疲れるかも。部屋は広くて綺麗で、キッチンやウォークインクローゼットまである。朝食はシンプルだが、小袋入りケーキなども置いてくれて嬉しい。エアポートタクシーを14時に予約したら、チェックアウトも同時間にしてくれて、サービスも行き届いている。

Amazing neighborhood, close to all the shops and touristy area. Very nice staff but I found the room was not as clean as I would like.

The hotel is basic. During our stay, the safe had to be fixed, the bathroom bin didn't open, the shower head needs replacing and the towels were pretty worn/grey. Overall I would say the place is value for money if you're looking for a place to rest your head and explore the Rainbow Street area

They’re amazing in several ways and make you feel life-altering when you walk through their doors. The hotel is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the room is great. I give them 4.2 stars that’s a great experience with them. Someday I will stop by to visit.

Some staff were friendly. Cleanliness was average and breakfast buffet was limited and the same every day.

The location of the hotel is perfect, room is big and clean, and the staff are very kind. The hotel located at the end of Rainbow Str. where many nice reasturants, cafe, traditional craft shops can be found. It aslo close to the down town "Wast al-Balad" and close to many cultural monuments like Amman Castle, archaeological museums, Roman Theater, and so on. Highly recomended. * I wish they will consider add a sanddals in the room.

Our check-in was late (3am in the morning), so with the initial tiredness of the long flight and unable to communicate with the night guard and the uncomfortableness of the hotel, I didn't think I would give this hotel 4/5. But one day later, the negative list was getting smaller and the positives were high: Located off the busy Rainbow Street, accessible to a lot of restaurants and bars Helpful staff and easier to communicate with day manager, we booked a few day trip taxis through them and felt safe doing so Outdated hotel but had universal outlets throughout the room - and easily accessible without crawling small kitchenette with all the kitchen amenities to make the stay comfortable (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes) Minor note is that breakfast could have been better, but after a few different stays in Jordon, this is their breakfast. However, this particular hotel did have more packaged items, that you can take to go. The rooms were a bit smelly although it said non-smoking. The safe was not useable (was not locking) and inaccessible (on a high shelf) The washroom needs a complete renovation, very tight and water all over the floor when taking a shower. Overall, a good hotel for a few nights, probably not recommended for longer stays.

This is a nice hotel we suited for this who want to be near Rainbow street but away from the cars and noise. We booked a non-smoking room which was fine but ours was the only one of the floor so the whole room /floor stunk of cigarettes. Breakfast was ok but very basic but nothing else in the area was open so limited for options

Hotel was great! Beds could have been comfier and breakfast could have a wider range otherwise great!

Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making my stay comfortable, at the end of Rainbow street walkable to everywhere. Staff suggested me to a short 10min walk to local downtown great experience overall.

Close to rainbow street and downtown

Jabal Amman is at a great location within a 10 to 15 min walking distance from main attractions at downtown; yet in a quiet area at the end of Rainbow St. Amenities were basic; however enough to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are pretty big, and staff was always helpful and friendly.

The staff could not be more helpful. They were all amazing. Just ask and they will make it happen 👍😊
